Enjoy relaxing by the pool in the private fenced back yard. You'll find lounge chairs, floaties, towels, and sunscreen to make your sunny day enjoyable. Head 20 minutes to the beach to watch the sunset. Return back to the house for drinks around the fire table by the pool and enjoy a movie on the outdoor TV.

Inside you'll enjoy a ping pong table, board games and split bedrooms. Primary bedroom on one side of the house, other 2 bedrooms and bath on the other side.

Our home is close to all beaches-Barefoot, Ft. Myers, Sanibel and more. Shopping and restaurants are all around us. You can jump right into your vacation as we're only 10 minutes from the airport.

This home is fully stocked with beach chairs, 2 bikes, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, WiFi, an office space, fenced in private yard all in a quiet neighborhood. Grab your swimsuit and sunglasses and book your time away! What makes this house special: *private pool area *extremely clean and organized *all linens provided *bring your pup🐶

The house was spacious and had everything we were looking for (great location, pool, close to the beach, etc.). The only reason I'm giving it a 9/10 is because the neighbors have some kind of tree that drops a ton of pollen into the pool. It was going through the screen onto the patio and into the pool. It's not directly the owner's fault, but it was still disappointing that the pool wasn't the cleanest. Even the day after the pool guy came, we were having to skim the pool in an attempt to make it a little nicer to swim in. The pollen even slipped through the skimmer so it barely looked like we had done anything after an hour of cleaning it out. Otherwise, it was a great house and we would almost definitely stay here again!

Excellent property in a convenient location!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. Well appointed with a pool. It was clean and cozy. Great communication with the owner. Everything you need is in the house and its centrally located to lots of restaurants, FGCU, shopping, etc. Would stay here again.

Close to everything!

This property was very nice. We were impressed when we walked through the door at how open the space was and were happy with it's cleanliness. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and there were plenty of towels for the bathroom and the pool. The location was close to family, beaches, and shopping. We were very happy with this rental!

The home is nice and the amenities are great. The pool was not cleaned, but we enjoyed it. The ceilings in the rooms need dusted. The owner was great and the process was really easy. I would go back again for sure

Baseball Tournament Weekend

My son, his teammate and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The house had everything you could need and the pool and ping pong table were great with all the rain delays in between games. We had plenty of space, beds were comfortable and so much better than trying to cram into a hotel room. Vicki was very responsive with a couple of questions I had and will defiantly stay here again or recommend to other families that travel to Fort Myers for baseball Tournaments. I can’t say enough how nice it was to have lots of room to spread out, laundry room to wash uniforms, garage for equipment and the pool was the icing on the cake to relax and unwind. Thanks for a great few days.

Great Location; Nice House

Home is very convenient to I 75 and Alico, Three Oaks, and Ben Hill Griffin roads so easy to get around. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Salt water pool is nice and warm. A few minor issues were promptly addressed by the owners. There are no dressers in the bedrooms for long term guests which would be nice, and the lamps on the nightstands are not really bright enough to read in bed comfortably; those issues probably wouldn’t matter to most renters but I wanted to give a thorough and accurate review. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking.

Great House, No Hurricane Damage

Clean, well laid out house. It was great for our older teenage kids who played lots of ping pong, rode the bikes around the neighborhood and sat out by the pool. Vickie was helpful communicative. Excellent stay!

Wonderful home and excellent hosts!

We are Sanibel residents who have been displaced by Hurricane Ian. As we were waiting for our long-term rental, we stayed in this property. The house, pool, and landscaping are lovely! It was an inviting and cozy place for our family to begin to settle back into life in SW Florida. Our daughters (10 & 7) particularly enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table! Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the extra touches, like stocked toiletries in the showers and the coffee/tea station in the kitchen. Vicki and Chuck are superb hosts, thoughtfully sending messages before and during our stay. Would recommend and stay here again if a need arises.
