Beautiful 3R-2B Home in Quiet Community

Proven & experienced host, with Reviews to back it up. Great location, quiet & peaceful community w/Immediate access to the freeway and minutes away from shopping, dinning, entertainment venues, local University, sports arena, medical center, museum, golf course, hunting ground (15-20min) and much more.

The space
Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home provides all essentials not always available at other rentals. It’s a lovely & comfy space for guest to unwind and enjoy SoTX area. When not exploring the city you can rest comfortably in any of the queen beds. The master has a walk in closet, master bathroom and the kitchen is equipped with a glass top stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator along with cookware to prepare for your day. Private fenced backyard equipped chairs, picnic table, charcoal grill to enjoy morning hot drink or a couple cold ones throughout the day.

If traveling with children our community offers a playground within walking distance for the kiddos. Within the home the entire family can enjoy classic game console for all to enjoy.

Outfitted with Wifi for all your streaming needs and a work space to catch up on emails or social media. You'll have full access to several smart TVs, washer/dryer, two car garage, portable charcoal grill, and other surprise amenities to make you feel at home.

The home is setup with security alarm and remote garage access both included with access upon request. The coat closet is reserved for owners storage and remains locked but all other areas are available for guest use.

Free use of 2 car indoor garage and driveway. Rest easy with 24 hr surveillance and patrolling security. Host offers easy remote access to open/close garage door via “MyQ”phone app. The community is perfectly located for easy access to the freeway getting you on the road quickly.
Other things to note
15-20 min drive to hunting grounds (National Wildlife Refuge)

Please safeguard against wet bedding, if you feel this may be a concern please bring your own bed linen and protector. You will incur a cleaning fee if the bed must be treated to remove the stain.

Additional guest not listed as part of the overnight party are welcomed to a short term visit however may not spend the night unless it is authorized ahead of time. Unauthorized overnight guest will incur a fee of $50/night.

We stayed here for two weeks while we touring in the Rio Grande Valley. (I'm with the music group, Sister Luv). The house was clean, good location and neighborhood. The host was available and responsive.There was one drawback...the amount of wash cloths, hand towels, and bath towels, needed to be AT LEAST doubled. We were constantly washing towels as we had a party of 6 people. Also the TP and PT could have been better stocked.Rather than that, it was a great place to stay, and met all our needs. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Great place for a family visit!

Jose provided a wonderful and comfortable place to stay while we visited our parents who winter in the area! The house is in a nice safe location and easy to get to! The house was clean and the host communicated and answered all questions quickly!

Relaxing house

We came to town the night before a family wedding and left the day after the wedding. This house was clean, warm, and kitchen well stocked with coffee and other quick snacks that didn't go unnoticed. We had 2 peaceful nights and mornings. Definitely recommend and plan to use again when needed.

Beautiful home! The home was immaculate! Pictures listed online are exactly what you get. Host responded quickly and was very pkeasant. Seamless check in and check out. The only thing I would have liked was extra paper towels, and perhaps some foil or baggies in the drawerr. I .would definitely stay again!!

Clean home and friendly, helpful host

Went to Texas for my Son's wedding and to met my Daughter in Law's family. This was the perfect place for us. It was very clean and the hospitality was above and beyond. Jose was easy to get in touch with and had some much welcomed amenities when we arrived. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower had great pressure and the whole place was clean and comfortable. The only downside for us was the bed was very soft - just a personal preference, not a mark against the property! I would absolutely stay at this property the next time we are in Edinburg.

This is a Hidden Gem!

My family booked this beautiful home a few months ahead of schedule for a family visit back in the RGV. Jose was on it as soon as we booked his residence. He addressed our needs immediately. This house is tucked away in a peaceful/quiet neighborhood with immediate access to the highway. Jose knew we had two small children and accommodated the house with kid friendly plates, bowls, silverware, a pack and play for our daughter to sleep in and the outlets were kid proofed. The backyard is a very decent size for our kids to run around and play in. Everything you need for house is included in it, so all you have to do is buy groceries and you’re set. We enjoyed and loved our stay at this house. We will definitely be booking this house for future visits to the RGV. Thank you to the host for this beautiful home! Definitely a 5 star stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the RGV.

Comfortable and Amazing with Some Small Issues Except Door Access at Times

The Home was very comfortable and beautiful. The location worked out very well with the family gathering, restaurants and areas we visited. The door access worked well except for the combination had to be entered two or three times around 4 times. It may have been the battery going down. Also we did run out of paper towels, we replaced it. And in the main bathroom, there was a dead bug in one of the wash cloths. I think the only biggest issue was the door access. The home was very clean and would love to stay again as we visit the area. The check-in process was very easy. Thank you
