In the apartment, you will find a kitchen, dining, and living room area with access to 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. Inside the house, there is a king bed in the primary located on the main floor, and two bed rooms upstairs with a bathroom between them, making it perfect for those needing space! The house also features the main kitchen, dining area, and 2 living areas with gorgeous views. A quaint porch that is perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail is located right off the main living area as well. The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances including blenders, toaster, pots, and air fryer. Standard and Keurig coffee makers are available! Enjoy all Lake Martin has to offer with the canoes and kayaks available down at the beach! Your furry friend will love the spacious yard - pets accepted with a $150 fee.
