Welcome to 11 Orchard Road!

Fall in love with this recent construction, freshly decorated and furnished home that you will want to come back to over and over. Location is one of the keys here. You are within walking distance to Redfern Village, Winn Dixie shopping complex, Southern Soul and a multitude of other shops, restaurants, and night life. The beaches and the pier/village area are just a few minutes drive from Orchard Road.

On the main level, you will notice hardwood flooring throughout, an open living area that overlooks the kitchen, formal living and dining room, and a guest bedroom with a full bath and king sized bedding. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, gas stove, large island, and custom cabinetry. The kitchen island seats 6 and the dining room can seat 6. You are just steps away from the heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Use the pool year round! (The pool can be heated for an additional charge).

Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms and a common area TV room. The master bedroom is large with an en-suite bath and king bedding. The other three bedrooms have a Queen, a Full size bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. All bedrooms and the common area den have flat panel TV's.

This home has it all. All you will need is the time to come down and take advantage of this well equipped and ideally located house!

Note: There are exterior cameras on the premises that are not active.

Note: Pool can be heated for an additional charge.

Occupancy: 10 - Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).

Pets: Up to two (2) Dogs allowed with the addition of a pet fee for $100/ per pet.

Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway (No trailers please). Garage is not available.

Age: Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

We were vey happy with this property and this was a great place for my daughter’s wedding weekend. We definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only drawback was too close to the road and the 7:30 a.m. Saturday grasscutting.

Excellent house with comfortable beds and furniture (pls note that the main tv sofa had stains all over it) on a very busy road---so busy that it is hard to have a conversation at the pool (which is located by th ) e busy road. The pool and the area around the pool are very small, with only four chairs to sit. The reason i gave a 4/5 for cleaniliness is there were dust bunnies all over the house.

Beautiful home

Great house, plenty of room for our girls weekend. Location was great to grocery, Starbucks, restaurants. A 2-mile walk or drive to the beach. Hosts were really easy to communicate with and were very helpful.

Wonderful Home

This home had everything we looked for. The home is immaculate…beautifully decorated and very cozy. The pool was perfect and the fenced in yard was great for our pups. Location was central to all things and we were just a short ride via golf cart/bike to the beach. Highly recommend!!

We didn’t actually check in until after 4pm. The house was not as clean as expected. A bag of chips was left in the master bedroom. Bathrooms were dusty. Heated pool did not work even though we paid extra. Towels were still drying when we checked in and trash can outside was full.

Fun family vacation location

The house isn't far from downtown so it's a short drive to everything. The house was beautiful and clean! The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. Just two things, the house is close to the road so noise from cars driving by can be loud and second, lawn maintenance (leaf blowers) come very early in the am (730/8 am). Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place had plenty of room for the 10 of us. We had a small set back with the hot tub working appropriately but the mgt team acted fast and got it working for the next night. Kitchen could use some more pots and pans for group stays and recommend an extra garbage can if only being picked up once a week. Upon arrival the trash was over flowing.

Amazing house for two families!

We had an excellent week at this property. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and there was plenty of space inside the house for two families to feel comfortable. One small complaint is that we paid extra for the pool to be heated (even though it was advertised as a heated pool), but the heat stopped the last night we were on the property which made our last night not as enjoyable as the rest. Other than that, it was great!

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool is wonderful. Wish we’d know it was on the same side of the house as the main road. That was pretty loud and got in the way of total relaxation. However you can’t hear the traffic inside. Also the kitchen isn’t as well equipped as it could be but we were only there for a long weekend so we didn’t mind. Overall it was a nice place to stay!

OK but not Great

Our stay was OK but not great - mattress in downstairs bedroom was very firm and when you moved the bed frame mad noises. The lighting was difficult to figure out and the under cabinet LED lighting didn’t work. Quality of appliances was very good and all worked well. Hot water to shower and faucets took way to long (minutes in the morning).

Perfect place for a relaxing week

This is a beautiful house located in a great spot on St. Simons Island. Downtown, the pier, the beaches and parks are all just a very short drive away. The grocery store is almost directly across the street from this house, along with a nice selection of restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything you might need. We all loved the pool and hot tub! There was one minor issue with the hot tub draining because the power had clicked off due to a big storm. I called the after-hours number because I was afraid that it might damage the pump or something, not because we needed the hot tub fixed immediately and they sent a very nice man over to fix it within minutes! I could not believe how quickly he got there and took care of it. I would stay at this property again in a hearbeat. It's clean and beautiful and very well-managed.
