Great Location-Close to Everything. Adorable 3 BD/3 Bath Cottage with Pool!

3 BR/3BA with pool on St. Simons Island. This cozy cottage is on a quiet street that is just blocks from the beach and the Village.

Adorably decorated this is the perfect place to stay for couples, families or friends looking for a SSI getaway. Instagram worthy with full mural on pool shed. A great spot for photos from a memorable vacation!

3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own private bath! The house has 2 master bedrooms with king beds. The second master includes a desk/work space for remote work. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living area is spacious with large flat screen tv and dining area.

The home is on a large lot with plenty of parking. The fenced in backyard includes a private pool and green space with room for outdoor games. Pool heating is optional and free from October - March.

Family Tides guests love the location of the home. It is close to several public beach access points, the Village, Demere Park (playground), pickleball courts, the King and Prince resort and some of SSI's best restaurants.

Make the most of your time on the island: take a beach stroll, lounge by the private pool, or just relax. This cottage has plenty to offer everyone!

We loved staying here. Quiet street, well appointed cottage, comfortable beds and nice setting. The back screen porch and pool were a welcome and relaxing getaway. The hosts were lovely and responsive. A very easy, clean, comfortable enjoyable place to visit. Highly recommend

We loved this place! Very comfortable & location was close to everything! Comfy beds & a great pool with a cool SSI mural painted for photo ops! The hosts were great to work with and even helped us shift the dates of our trip when the weather was not looking favorable for much beach time! Would highly recommend this rental! :)

This place was perfect for us. It’s on a quiet street, but still super close to the beach, restaurants, and shops—most places we went were within a mile, so we could walk or drive easily. The pool and screened-in patio were great for relaxing, the beds were really comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks.

Great Vacation & Stay

This property was ideal for our family trip this year! The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The backyard was well kept and the pool area relaxing. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the pier. This was a great trip and we would definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking a place to stay when visiting!

Slice of Heaven in Georgia

St simons is a family favorite. This cottage meets all of our needs and is comfortable. So close to every single thing on St Simons. We appreciate the communication with the owners and their quick response. We will always return!!

Good place to stay but small for a large family

The pool was unusable with how dirty it was. Someone came to clean the pool the second to last day we were there. Living space was tiny. Not enough consumables (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.) to get through the week.

Weekend beach trip

Our group had a great time at this cute cottage. It was the perfect size for our group with all of the living room seating. Great location as it was a short drive to the beach and also a great walk to dinner! Will definitely be booking this place again!

Our favorite St Simons getaway

We love St Simons and we love this home on Cummings. Its our 2nd stay and it is perfect. 3 bedrooms with on suites, screened in back porch, private back yard, and a pool. Couldnt ask for a thing more!! We will always come back!

Jill is the artist and along with her best friend and fellow artist, Kristen, they have made the cottage a cheerful escape with one of a kind artwork throughout the home.

Being from Georgia, we have always enjoyed the charm of SSI. When we saw the location of Family Tides on the island we knew we had to have it. It is close to everything that our multigenerational family would need and the tucked back street of Cummings Lane is nice and quiet.

The one of a kind artwork throughout the house and mural on the pool shed make this home truly unique. Great for photos to remember your time at SSI!
