The space
Condo has 2 suites, each with its full bath. The kitchen, dining area, and living room in between the suites. Large balcony, accessible via sliding door from the living area as well as from main suite.
Guest access
Two elevator towers, one north, one south. Accessible from street or from garages. All doors, and elevators will not operate unless you have an FOB. So the building is pretty secured.
Other things to note
The manager speaks only English. If you want to have a discussion in French, Spanish or Arabic, the manager will connect you with the owner.
