Could not ask for a better location and the size of our unit was perfect for our family. The outside balcony was great for time together . The primary bedroom could use a mattress upgrade as well as the second bedroom with the queen bed.

Actual condo is great. Only complaint is you pay a lot of money for a big condo but only get 1 parking pass. Extra pass costs 69 for a piece of paper to go on your dash. When trying to purchase another so car didn’t get booted I called actual condo by mistake and they said all rooms there should come with 2 parking passes. Not sure why Liquid Life needed more money from me.

The best condo I have ever stayed at. The views were absolutely gorgeous. The condo was spacious and the building was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great and we met a lot of friendly people. We will be back next year!

Great place for the family and friends

Nice well keep property, everything you need. Very clean and great views. Condo is close to everything. We had our teenage grandchildren with us and they had a blast.first time to this location and we are not disappointed. Pretty sound proof also which is a big plus compaired to other condos we've stayed in.

Spring Break was Great

We had a great stay in 708! This condo felt like “us” with its decor, layout, etc. It’s updated and had what we needed stocked in the kitchen. The management company was really easy to communicate with and offered excellent check in/check out information.

Family Beach Vacay

The Grande Pointe Resort was a great place for a family with all age groups. Room 708 was so comfortable for a family of nine boasting 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The view of bay was spectacular! The walkway to beach was easy. The elevators were quick! The kids loved the pools, sauna and steam room! Kitchen stocked with pots and dishes, starter kits for bathroom and kitchen and apartment was very clean!!

fun location

this is a nicely updated condo on the side of the jetty, by the big bridge. it was so fun sitting out on the balcony watching all of the activity. i will try for this one again!

Beautiful View!

We had a view of the Pass and the Gulf and it was amazing. The morning sunsets were fabulous! We enjoyed watching the boats pass by. It was so relaxing. The condo was perfect and beautiful. The ice maker was a plus!!

Spring Break

Grand Pointe 708 is a beautiful condo. The view was amazing. We came to Orange beach for a few days for My son’s spring Break. I would love to come back to this same Condo for a re-do for better weather. The location was convenient to wonderful restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful, relaxing time.

Spring Break

My family and I enjoyed our vacation so much! We have stayed at several condos in this complex, but this is one of our favorites! The bunk beds in the kid’s room was a game changer! The room was well stocked with anything we needed. The property is beautiful. The view of the sunrise from the balcony is the best in the island!

Anniversary vacation

Grand Pointe room 708 was beautiful! The view was just spectacular! Was exactly like the description and pictures on the site. Liquid life was a fantastic property manager. Communication was above and beyond what I expected. They even had us a surprise Anniversary gift set up in the room. Will definitely rent this room again!

Great Location, Beautiful Views, Convenient!

We had such a good time. The property was clean and spacious. It had a luxurious feel. We watched dolphins and boats going in and out of the harbor, the sunrises were absolutely stunning! The outdoor pool was clean and well kept. The beach was just a short walk out there, and we even fished on the Jetty and caught a few! Highly recommended. We loved it so much we had wished we booked a longer trip!

Perfect location

We had the best time. We were concerned about being next to the pass but it provided for a new experience! We enjoyed watching the fisherman and the boats passing through. You still have direct beach access down the board walk! The pool was great for our toddler. minutes away from wonderful eats and grocery stores. you cant go wrong with this condo!

Ice maker…. The handle was 1/2 on when we checked in and pulled on it to get ice and it came off completely.I did notified Liquid Life. also each morning when you opened the ice maker door ice just fell out on floor.. the jetted tub was out of order. Over all we had a great time and the view was awesome..

Perfect Paradise

We had the most incredible experience at this beach condo! The condo was absolutely beautiful and super clean, and the amenities, both onsite and nearby, made the experience even better. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and it was the perfect place for my parents to relax and enjoy the scenery since they could not walk on the beach due to their health. The check-in and communication process was seamless, and we even extended our visit because we did not want to leave. We cannot wait to return next year at the same time. Thank you for an unforgettable experience; I wish I could convey just how much this was needed for all of us!

Grand Pointe Stay

The room was extremely clean and spacious. Everything pictured in the online pics was spot on, and then we come to the master tub. There was a sign on it that said out of order. What, out of order????? Very disappointed that a company can just slap a sign after paying over 2000 for a stay. The company could have communicated that and it would have been ok. If you’re not a tub person this place would be perfect.
