~ Belize has many raw natural elements, which is its beauty but also planning ahead will help you enjoy your trip. Make sure to research weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in this given location and not unique to the accommodation. Reimbursements for this are not covered by Vrbo's "Extenuating Circumstances Policy" since there are known "foreseeable seasonal weather events" with smelly seaweed, storms and summer heat. This affects all of coastal Central America and the Caribbean. Many guests are ok with these raw natural elements, yet if you have sensitivities, allergies, etc. simply make sure to research so you are prepared and have a good time. Myself and staff will bend over backwards so you do, and please reach out for ways you can enjoy yourself during these natural and seasonal Belizean occurrences.
