Maison en bord de mer Ă  Hopkins Bay, Belize

Cette incroyable maison en bord de mer est construite directement sur la belle plage Ă  quelques pas de la mer dans le petit village de pĂȘcheurs de Garifuna de Hopkins et Ă  distance de marche des Ă©piceries, des restaurants, des bars, des magasins et d'autres Ă©tablissements populaires.

Il est enregistré et agréé par le Belize Tourism Board, répondant à toutes les normes de qualité.

Construite en 2009 et mise Ă  jour en 2015, la maison a de riches armoires en acajou, des planchers de bois franc en Ă©corce de chou, des appareils en acier inoxydable dans la magnifique cuisine du chef et des meubles en bois dur authentiques.

La maison comprend une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, un coin repas, 2 chambres avec lits king-size, un salon, 1 1/2 salles de bains. La maison peut accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes.

DĂ©tendez-vous sur la vĂ©randa privĂ©e donnant sur la mer ou sur le toit pour profiter pleinement de la brise marine et profitez du point de vue supĂ©rieur pour admirer le village et mĂȘme les Cayes Ă  quelques kilomĂštres sur le rĂ©cif. La propriĂ©tĂ© regorge de bananiers, manguiers, tilleuls, cocotiers jaunes et verts.

Notre gestionnaire local s'occupe de la propriété et de l'aménagement paysager et fournit des services d'entretien ménager et d'approvisionnement facultatifs - le tout moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Elle peut également organiser le transport, la location de voitures, les voyages et de nombreuses visites.

Comment arriver: Une fois arrivé à Belize, vous avez deux options:
- louer une voiture et conduire jusqu'Ă  Hopkins (environ 2 1/2 heures de route)
- prendre l'un des transporteurs rĂ©gionaux (Tropic Air ou Maya Air) Ă  l'aĂ©roport de Dangriga oĂč nous pouvons organiser le transport jusqu'Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ©.

This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in! The location was phenomenal - steps away from the water and just a walk along the beach in either direction to get to some fantastic restaurants. The central location also allowed our tour company (Get to Know Belize) to pick us up at our door or right on the beach for all of our excursions! Martin, the manager, was very helpful and quickly responded to any question we had. Our neighbors (and Hopkins as a whole) were friendly and even stopped over to see if our boys needed anything! The house itself was great; spacious, comfortable, and had all the tools we needed to cook a few meals ourselves. I can't recommend A Mayan Heaven enough!

Every was absolutely amazing!!!!!! Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable mattresses. There was a problem with on of the A/C units but i sent a text to Martin and he was all over it. Great guy to deal with. We had an amazing time. The view was fantastic. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat

Lovely home right on the beach!

Fantastic location right in the heart of Hopkins. Nice spot on the beach with palm tree shade. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. All modern amenities including AC and washer/dryer. I would absolutely stay here again!!

A magical experience

4 friends (2 couples) age 60 spent 3 nights and it was the best experience Cant beat the location, right on the beach, best restaurant right next door (Thongs) and walking distance to shops and restaurants The home was extremely clean, comfortable and had a luxurious feel. Martin, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Stop searching properties right now and book this gem

On of the best beach side properties in Hopkins

This is our 4th visit to Hopkins and our first time staying here. It is in the middle of Hopkins so you can walk to all of the stores and restaurants. The beds are nice, the place is spacious and the property is fenced with a nice parking area inside the gates.

Great Place in Hopkins

Great home in the middle of the village.House had towels, linens, kitchen tools.Bed was comfortable and amazing cross breeze through the house when you open doors.Did not affect our stay but the knives in the kitchen need to be either sharpened or replaced. Again, not a major deal.Also not a big deal to us but it may matter when looking at this property...no TV in the bedroom. I don't care because the surroundings are good enough for me to look at but some may have an issue with it.Martin, the Manager was there when you needed him but gave you privacy.I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Family Vacation

Martin made check in and out very easy and had lots of information about the area and places to see during our visit. We had a rental car, but with the house in such a great location, we were able to walk the majority of the time and saved driving for our day trips. The house is clean and well-maintained and right on the beach, so there was always swimming and playing in the sand for our kids (10,13, 16). Stores, fruit stands and restaurants are close to the house and everyone is so friendly. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Fantastic Stay

We had seen this property when we were in Hopkins about 5 years ago and knew it was the place we wanted to stay at when we came back to Belize. We could not have been happier with our time at MyanHeaven, a slice of heaven right in Hopkins - a beautiful house with wonderful beds and bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, gorgeous peaceful veranda, feet from the beach, easy walking distance to resturants, groceries, vegetable stands and the Thongs Cafe (great food). We could not have had a more wonderful week in paradise. Many thanks to Martin the property manager who was very attentive and to Katrina the owner. We are looking forward to a return stay.

Relaxing Beach time

Absolutely gorgeous house on the beach. Everything is as shown in the photos. The house has Everything you could need
lots of towels, dishes etc. sunrise on the deck or evening drinks, equally beautiful. There is a fruit and veg stand across the street and a great restaurant Siomarra that serves local food at great prices. There are a number of grocery stores within walking distance. This is the perfect spot for some R&R.

My 50th. Birthday Trip!

The property is located in a wonderful seaside village, where fishing is the main source of income after tourism. Stay here twice now, and the village of Hoppens is everything if you want a mellow Caribbean vacation. The wonderful people and it is closest to all types of attractions, ruins, etc.. and like I said, the house is amazing!

Great place

This place is amazing. Martin was so welcoming and helpful. Beds are so comfortable! Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. The only negative I have is it does not have a washer or dryer, so if you are staying for a long period this could be an issue.

Mayan Heaven

The house is beautiful, nicely layed out, well secured, comfortable, and the aircondition worked very well. Some suggestions: *Get the airconditioners on prior to arrival of guests *Have a check list of things to turn on and make sure all aminities are on or in operation: microwave, water heater *We left a list of things that need to be replaced. Thank you for the general clean up after the first week stay. Martin checked on us regularly.

Beautiful! Very clean and stocked with everything needed. Porch was favorite spot!!! Plenty of room for multiple people to play/stay comfortably. Hope to return đŸ„° We recommend the Belizean owned restaurants good food good prices. Aziz taxi service charged us 15% cheaper than Desmond's taxi

Amazing Experience

Location is the strong point

This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. Having direct access to shaded beach first thing in the morning, is amazing. Hopkins is a very fun little village with plenty to do. We rented bicycles one day and had a blast riding around the little village. The overall experience is great, but for the price the home should get some general updates to the fixtures, hardware, and pest control.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Hopkins

The house is wonderful! Waking up to the sound of the surf in an extremely comfortable bed is otherworldly. Lots of room with everything you need, the house is well appointed and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay there and would do it again in a heartbeat. Only quibble is the pack of local dogs sounding the alarm at dawn each morning.
