The sparkling pool can be heated or chilled, meaning you can enjoy a refreshing dip no matter the season. Indulge in relaxation within the jetted spa, complete with a convenient table for your drinks and snacks. Lounge in style on our gorgeous pool loungers, basking in the warm sun or seeking shade under the provided umbrella. Enjoy al fresco dining on the covered patio, furnished with a table and chairs, a large couch and TV, complemented by a cozy gas fireplace. Discover culinary bliss in the exquisite chef`s kitchen at Havasu Lux. With its abundance of counter space and fully stocked supplies, it`s a haven for food enthusiasts. Prepare delicious meals with ease using the dual oven and start your mornings right with the convenient coffee bar offering both K-cups and fresh ground coffee, alongside tea, sugar, and creamer. Adjacent to the kitchen, the elegant dining area creates a seamless indoor/outdoor dining experience with easy access through the slider doors.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is thoughtfully curated with designer furniture and comfort in mind.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat occupying the entire right side of the home, offering stylish furnishings plus convenient access to the backyard. The second bedroom offers a king bed, vanity area for “getting ready” plus tons of closet space. The bunk room is perfect for kids with an arcade game and bean bag chairs.

BATHROOMS
The primary bathroom is simply stunning, with a dual vanity, luxurious soaking tub and a walk-in jetted shower plus a huge walk-in closet awaits, complete with built-in shelving, providing ample storage and organization.

The guest bathroom, with its spacious layout, ample storage space, and the added convenience of a tub, ensures that both children and adults have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

And to elevate your experience even more, we provide these toiletries for each bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap.


PARKING
We’ve got you covered with parking - The flat driveway and the temperature-controlled 62-foot RV/boat garage provide ample space to store your boats and toys securely. The garage even features an EV charger, ensuring convenience for electric vehicle owners. Additionally, there is side parking available for your toys and boats.

During your stay at Havasu Lux, you will have exclusive access to the property and all of the amenities we have to offer, including the secure garage. To ensure your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed, providing a secluded and tranquil space for your enjoyment. You can enter Havasu Lux at any time using our secure and convenient keyless entry system.

Please note the following information for pool/spa heating:
Pool is unable to be heated.
Spa Heat: The spa can be heated for $35 per night from 6:00PM to 10:00PM. Please let me know if you would like to use it and I can turn it on remotely for you!
Payment: These charges are to be paid upfront. Please let us know how many days you`d like the spa heated during your stay.

QUIET HOURS
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in observing the designated quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. By doing so, you contribute to maintaining the tranquility of the neighborhood and upholding our reputation as considerate and respectful neighbors.

SMOKING
To maintain the pristine ambiance of Havasu Lux, we kindly request that there be no smoking inside the house. In the event that smoke is detected, a fee of $500 will be applied to your reservation. We have provided an uncovered backyard space where smoking is permitted. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in upholding these guidelines.
