Conveniently located only 3 miles from London Bridge, you can easily enjoy downtown Havasu or simply relax and play in the huge pool with diving board! We absolutely fell in love with the character of this home and hope you love it as much as we do.

Stepping into Havasu Hacienda you'll immediately feel a sense of excitement to start your vacation while being greeted with with high quality furnishings that are both comfortable and stylish. You'll see the huge living room with vaulted ceilings and views to the backyard and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dinning area sets the stage for memorable evenings. The open concept floor plan is light and bright yet cozy.

LIVING ROOM
The living room will immediately feel like home. Find your place on the comfy sofa, grab a drink and enjoy a fantastic evening with your family and friends.

One of our favorite spaces in the home is the little drop down next to the fireplace. Cozy up with a blanket and get lost in your favorite book.

GAME ROOM
Up for some friendly competition? Challenge your friends! In addition to the full size pool table there are three arcade games!

BACKYARD/POOL/WATER SLIDE/MINI GOLF
Walk into the backyard and you'll find a HUGE pool with diving board! The pool has plenty of room for your whole party. Ready to relax? Grab your favorite drink and enjoy the comfortable outdoor couch under our brand new pergola.
Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the house, pool, garage

Other things to note
*Must be 25 years old to book
*Quiet time after 10pm (mandated by Lake Havasu City)
*No events or parties
*Absolutely no glass in or around the pool/jacuzzi for your safety and the safety of others
*No pets in the pool

PETS
-$100/pet per stay
-Not to be left in the house unattended or let on furniture
-2 pets max
-$250 fine if not disclosed
-Please pick up after your pet or there will be an additional cleaning fee

BBQ Grill
-There is usually a spare propane tank if the tank runs out. If you need to refill the tank with propane please send me a message and I will reimburse you

POOL
-POOL HEATER available! You must let us know at least 24 hours prior. Pool heating is $150/day.
-The pool cleaner comes every week so that it stays nice and clean! He does come through the side-yard and is only there for a little while. If you see him do not be alarmed, he's friendly:)
-The pool light does not work and is waiting to be repaired
