Green Room / Blue Door Combo - No Cleaning Fees

This house is a great place to host a group of people, whether traveling with coworkers, your in-laws, or a team. It combines 2 separate suites, so you can have time together or have your own space.

- Well behaved / quiet pets are permitted with prior approval and refundable deposit (and are only permitted in the downstairs apartment)

NOTE: This is the combination of the Green Room Apartment and the Blue Door Apartment

Whether you are from the local Stark County area or just here to visit, there is no doubt you have found the right place. Located conveniently just off Lincoln Way in Perry, you will enjoy this 4 bedroom house. There is ample parking and SARTA has a stop right outside and offers convenient transport to a variety of local activities that make this location such a hotspot.

The downstairs apartment is very spacious and all on one level. Entry is through the back door and up 4 steps where you enter into the kitchen and dinette space. You can also go downstairs into the basement where the washer and dryer are located. This space opens up into the living room and accesses both bedrooms and the full bath.

The upstairs apartment is cozy and can be accessed through interior or exterior stairs. The kitchen, bath, living room and two bedrooms are all accessed through the main hallway.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole house, driveway and yard.

All communication should be done through AirBnB. I am off site, but if you have any questions, concerns or if something breaks, I am nearby.

The is located on a quiet street, with a corner store at the end (about .15 miles) and across the street from a brand new elementary school (slated to be completed in 2024).

We`ve had one guest express concern over the size of the yard. The lot, including the house and 2 car garage is 5,800 sqft or .13 acres.

**If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to the guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered `standard`.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
No smoking (it is permitted outside, but the butts must be disposed of properly)
Keep food in the kitchen and stored (to avoid attracting unwanted pests)
Obey Local, State and Federal Laws (any violation will result in immediate removal with no refund)
Only registered guests are permitted
