This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood on the Eastside of Tucson has just been remodeled. Minutes from I-10 / Houghton, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, parks, schools and many other local attractions. It is completely furnished for your comfort for a stay of 1 day to 365 days. Nice courtyard to relax all day, full size backyard with grill, corner lot so parking is not a problem. The house also has 2 - 55" TV'S, each bedroom comes with a dresser and hangers in the closet for long stays. Wi-Fi is provided also.

Super nice and cozy home in a really nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to add some lamps in each room as I hate having to use the overhead lights. I like to read in bed at night but there were no lamps in the bedrooms.

The place was clean, very nice organized, better than most hotels I have stayed. The amenities were a nice touch. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Close to restaurants, groceries and gas station. Definitely recommend it.

Comfortable Stay

My family and I had an amazing and comfortable stay and was in a quiet neighborhood. Good location and close to few shopping centers and eateries. Loved the Dutchound decor super cute!! Very pleasant stay, only downfall was the pillows were to soft and uncomfortable. But other then that had a wonderful stay and experience.

Great House and Great Location

The property feels like a brand-new home, complete with an amazing kitchen and a spacious family area. We were able to comfortably relax, chat, and enjoy watching TV together in the common space. The only personal suggestion I have would be adding TVs in the bedrooms, but this is just a preference and didn’t take away from our experience. We’re already looking forward to booking this property again!

Visiting Family in Tuscon.

The house was perfect for a 4 day stay in the Tucson area to visit family. We chose it over a hotel so we would have more room and privacy. It was a bonus to be able to park our rental car in the garage. Snacks and drinks were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great access to Pima County Fairgrounds

We come to Tucson every year for equestrian events at the Pima County Fairgrounds. There is not much that is close to the venue, but this property was perfect for us. Just a few minutes away. It was clean, well appointed, and affordable. We will likely stay here next year if it is available.

Highly Recommend for 6 adults

We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving. Easy access to freeway, plenty of food options. Close to grocery store and shopping. The decor of the house was so cute, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. The beds were all FIRM, no pillow tops or soft sleepers. The couches were comfy and plenty of games. Everything you would need for cooking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend staying here♄

Excellent Time in Tucson.

We stayed a week at the house to attend a family wedding which was taking place at the Saguaro Buttes wedding venue. The house was only a 10 minute drive to the venue which is why we decided to stay there. We loved our stay. The beds were very comfortable as well as the couch. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we chose to stay in. Location was close to everything including within 2 miles of a Tesla Supercharger which was a bonus! Host was very responsive and checked in on us periodically. Place was better than the pictures. We would definitely stay here again as it felt like home to us. Highly recommend!

Amazing

Overall the property was beautiful and amazing. The host was amazing. He was very responsive and very accommodating. They're was an incident on the person that we stayed where there were some insects around the house. I do recommend that you stay in this home. There was some lipstick on a towel and there were some cups with lipstick but we washed it and took care of everything and then it was fine.

Great South Tucson Getaway

The property was as advertised, very clean, comfortable, all updated amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans we needed; we also appreciated all the little details at the coffee bar. We liked that it had a good-sized garage to park our car, out of the hot sun. We were visiting relatives in the same neighborhood, and so it all worked out very well. The owner was super at answering all my questions and concerns, Troy was an excellent host.

This was everything we needed in the area we needed it. Not one negative. Even my autistic child (that struggles being away from home more than a couple of nights) was comfortable here (and wants to go back!). The pics are true. Very comfortable. Very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Nicely remodeled home

The house was very clean, nicely remodeled, and decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful. The sofa in the kitchen/dining area was very soft as was the master bed. It was nice to be able to park in the garage which we've never been able to do with other rentals.
