Welcome to Ocean View Haven located in the historic Roads End district of Lincoln City. Offering accommodations for up to 15 guests, this spacious 2762 sqft 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home has ocean views from nearly every room in the house. Relax watching the ocean in the 6 person hot tub. With only a 3 minute walk to the beach, you'll have easy access to surf, tide pools and sand! A great place for a romantic getaway or for multiple families.

Ocean View Haven is the perfect place for your next getaway. Three levels allow for lots of room to accommodate multiple families.

Relax in the 6 person hot tub on the front deck with nearly 180 degree views of the Oregon Coast. Along with BBQ and beach supplies, you'll have all you need at your fingertips. A well stocked kitchen will help you to easily prepare for all your meals.

The living room is joined with the family room offering plenty of comfortable seating and a sectional couch to enjoy DVD movies, Sling TV (cable), Netflix, and XBOX 360 on the 55" 4K smart TV.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms. The first is the master with a king bed and private bath and amazing ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ocean views. The third bedroom has a queen bed and faces the lush forest. Both second and third bedrooms on the upper floor share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The lower level has three separate rooms: The first room as you come down the stairs (Crab Shack) is the game room with NBA JAM & Pac-Man classic arcade, Foosball, & velcro darts. This room also has twin bunk beds. Your kids will love this room! The second room (Shark Tank) has two twin over full beds and a sleeper couch. The last room down the hall (Octopus Hole) has a 43" Roku TV with XBOX, air hockey (not pictured) and sectional couch.

This home is designed with plenty of room so kids can have a space of their own if the adults would like some time to themselves.

A rear deck facing the forest has ample seating and will delight you with deer passing through all day long.

It was actually nice that the hot tub wasn’t too hot. They got to enjoy staying in it longer :) Having the pac man arcade was a top hit even for the adults :)

This was a perfect house for a retreat with friends and their families. The kids had a blast, and we had everything we could have needed. Lots of games, stuffies, the kitchen is FULLY stocked. Great location close to the beach, wildlife all around.

Friend-Family Annual Beach Trip

This house was spectacular! We take an annual beach trip with 3 families each year. This house provided plenty of space for all the growing kids, plus the adults to gain some quiet time together. Diego communicated with me regularly. I would highly recommend renting this space and would love to do so again in the future!

Family vacation

The owners thought of everything we would need for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of games, and plenty of sand toys. They even had camp chairs. We enjoyed seeing the ocean from the deck and the deer were fun to watch.

Great home for a family getaway at the coast. The location is conveniently located a couple blocks from beach access. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have space. Kids loved the arcade games and consoles.Living space is on the second floor, with rooms on 1st and 3rd. Lots of bathrooms. Seemed to be one around every corner. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking lots of meal options. Kitchen space is tight though and crowded if more than one person is trying to use it. Worked for us but mentioned a few times during meal prep.Overall, loved our stay and made good memories.

Beautiful Beach

Our family enjoyed our stay in this fun home by the beach. It was well kept and clean. The owner made it easy to check in and gave us good directions to the house. The area the home is in is beautiful and deer roam the neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t far and the tide pools were the best we’ve ever seen on the Oregon coast! I feel it should be said that if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, this wouldn’t be the house for you as the home has three levels with stairs and a very steep driveway that you have to park on. Our family found the home to give us all the privacy that we cared for and the teens enjoyed the video games. Would stay here again.

Amazing!

I brought my high school lacrosse team to this house for a weekend bonding trip. It was absolutely incredible, everything was perfect and a great spot for our group of 12! The hot tub was fantastic after a windy, chilly visit on the beach and my athletes were in it all the time. It's the perfect distance from the beach and we were able to walk there whenever the mood struck. The kitchen was large enough where my assistant and I were able to make food for everyone each meal with plenty of cookware to use. Overall, I highly recommend this house for a large group, and will definitely be booking for our trip next year!

Family Beach Reunion

This is an excellent rental for a family gathering. The design of the space allows families to be together under one roof, yet have space to relax away from the group. The hot tub was in good working order! Thank you. The beds were comfortable! The kitchen / dining was adequate for our group. The BBQ/grill worked! We were extremely pleased. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all, and the beach access was great! Overall, we had a wonderful beach experience and would rent this place again. Thank you.

Perfect for a big family beach trip

The house was perfect for our annual family beach trip. This was the biggest group we've had so far and it was perfect. 10 adults and 3 children. The 3 floors helped a lot with giving lots of space and areas for the kids to play or watch movies. The house looks out to the ocean, beautiful views, beautiful views. We had relatives join us who are refugees from Ukraine, who have never seen the ocean before, and they stayed up all night listening to the waves. Very close to the beach, we took many walks, were very lucky with great weather in late January, cold but sunny. The house has everything you need and much much more, you will have a great time here. The company was very responsive and even came out to look at a few things/fix a few things. Definitely reach out if you have any questions, they were actually some of the best at communication. Would return, absolutely. It met all of our needs!!

Ocean View Haven is located in the Roads End district of Lincoln City. It's just in the northern part and only 8 minutes to the strip in Lincoln City. There is so much to see and do and you'll really be minutes away from shopping and dinning.

Ocean View Haven has incredible ocean views as far as the eye can see. It's nestled up against a wooded forest that has deer walking by all day long. It's also only a 3 minute walk to the beach with easy beach access. We also have beach supplies for the children to make time at the beach even more fun. The home itself has 3 levels, providing enough room for everyone in your group to find a place of their own. Don't forget about the 6 person hot tub facing the ocean. It's so relaxing, you won't want to leave!
