It was a large house for the people who needed the space. The only thing we couldn't do easy, was walk right to the beach from the house directly. Otherwise it was a great house with a great view!

The property was very clean. The view of the ocean was wonderful. Beach access was a short walk sway. Would stay again if we’re in the area.

Overall, our experience was great. The place had a beautiful view and an excellent location, which we really enjoyed. We did notice that one of the closet handles was broken, the foosball ball was missing, and a few areas were slightly dirty, but aside from that, we had a very nice stay.

House was nice in a good location. Minimal supplies for washing, etc. in house. Minimal bedding for sofa bed. Nearest Beach access was closed for construction. So walked to beach after parking on residential street as parking at beach access was closed.

Thank you for the review! I'm glad you like the home and the location and appreciate your notes regarding the beach access and soap supply. Our housekeeping team did just revamp our soap kits and they now include more of everything. And yes, that state park is currently undergoing some construction, but thankfully the beach access itself is not blocked. We do also note another beach access point in the guest portal that does have parking available. Thank you so much for the feedback, we hope you'll consider visiting us again.

The view is great at this property!The customer service is TERRIBLE! We had an issue with a chirping smoke detector and the maintenance people wouldn’t come out, “after-hours,” to fix it. We had to deal with trying to sleep with a chirping smoke detector and being told there was nothing that could be done about it. At one point we were even told to try to fix it ourselves,, which was impossible as it was on a vaulted ceiling. Very unhappy with the response we received regarding that issue. They should have maintenance people available at all hours to deal with THEIR property!

Family Beach Vacation

Had a family vacation on the beach. This beautiful home provided a great place to relax and enjoy the view. It was really amazing and was awesome to be that close to the ocean.

The property was as listed, but we found it challenging to have 2 kitchens, both small, and 2 flights of stairs. It would make more sense as a duplex.

Great Location and gorgeous views

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a little smaller than the pictures seemed but the different levels really added to the experience. Location was perfect!!! Views spectacular and easy access to the beach.

The house was oceanfront but it didn't have direct beach access. The house had plenty of room and everything was clean. Parking was a little tight with 2 vehicles.

Great View of the Ocean

My wife and I stayed with 3 other couples. Two of the bedrooms are a bit small, but it's great having two separate kitchens, living rooms and decks. Made it super easy to either gather as a group or do your own thing and have some space.

Everything was great. Excellent location in Lincoln City. Only negative was the stairs. But most of us were old folks. We didn’t have go to the gym this week. Definitely would stay again.
