Great place to stay for a conference at McCormick just around the corner. Building is dingy and walls in space are extremely thin. Overall, would stay again for location.

The location is excellent. Very close to McCormick center - and walkable to two train stations. The apartment is very sparsely decorated. I would suggest some bath mats in the two bathrooms. We only received two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths. Luckily the second bedroom wasn't used by anyone. Other than that - the hosts were great to work with. The onsite parking worked very well.

Just OK

We needed a place for a group of family to stay that was near wintrust arena for a graduation ceremony. This place was close and cheaper than all of the other options. That’s what it’s got going for it. Opting for parking was a big hassle. The place was sort of clean (a little mold along caulk lines in showers, old plastic shower curtain, stovetop was dirty, some fixtures were loose) but the condition of the place was definitely showing wear. The number they provided was helpful…as long as someone picked up.

Be warned communication is slow do not expect fast responses. During the booking process, we checked in with the host to see if we could store our luggage somewhere. We were assured that would be no problem at all so we continued booking early travel arrangements. Upon asking for luggage storage directions specifically the night before our travel, they started saying it might not be possible but at that point it was too late to change planes. When we landed in Chicago they tried to say we couldn't store our luggage there cause the company that is in the building was full and expected us to be completely okay with that response. After hours of back and forth, we were finally able to go to the apt and drop off our bags. The reason we were given for the delay was that the cleaning crew was there but upon arriving at the apt it was obvious the cleaning crew had been gone for at least an hour. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet most bathrooms were out or running low on toilet paper and there were only 4 towels in the whole apartment with a booking for 4 adults and 2 kids. The property management company isnt helpful and the AC doesn't work at all. The location is great but this apartment isn't worth the money.

Nice place in a great location. That being said. I asked about parking before going and didn't get a definitive answer but after getting there and an hour in we got it figured out. Went to fill the air mattress for the kids and it had a hole in it. Dang. Plugged something in and the outlet in the main bedroom didn't work. Tried closing the blinds and they were stuck up. At least there were decent curtains. Moved the thing I was going to plug in and noticed the floor has some weird brown stain next to the bed. It is what it is it was a small area. Otherwise everything was good. We were able to get a new air mattress from them so that was very nice.The description says some say they got the comfiest beds? I'm curious who says that. Were they the worst no but they're very standard vacation beds and just get you by. The location and it actually being in a great spot with decent parking options is the best part of this place.
