☀️ In-person check-in is offered from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. We will meet you on-site to assist with navigation, access, parking, and luggage.

🌙 Late arrivals after 8:00 PM will receive instructions for self check-in.

⚠️ Due to the complexity of the building and parking garage, we highly encourage in-person check-in for the best arrival experience. As this requires a team member to be on-site, we kindly ask you provide timely updates on your ETA.

The unit includes a private balcony, ski locker storage on the ground level, underground parking, Wi-Fi, in-unit washer + dryer, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, and a fitness center. After a long day on the mountain, you will enjoy returning back for a dip in one of the two hot tubs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both wonderful family dinners and romantic meals for two. Additionally, there is also a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance to pick up any ingredients you may need. If dining out is your preference, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall.

🚦 Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the skier shuttle provides rides to Aspen Ajax, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. If you prefer private transportation, our concierge team is here to arrange transfer to any destination in comfort and style.

Terrific service with a very accommodating staff. The location is fantastic and while I have stayed at other units at Capital Peak, this was by far my favorite one. High ceilings and spacious rooms as well as easy access to to the ski lift.

Thank you. Short walk to lift everyday. Small grocery right outside the room. Big grocery store and liquor store 500 yard walk. Ice skating 20 second walk. Aurum for dinner was great

Everything was top notch

The staff was in communication with us before our arrival and in anticipation of our departure. The condo was spotless, which is a sticking point with many places we stay these days. There wasn't one thing we felt we needed to clean before using. The condo was stocked with everything anyone would need to stay in and cook themselves. The condo is close to lifts, restaurants, and the grocery store. We walked to the grocery store a couple times during our stay. This was one of the only places we've stayed in our many trips to Snowmass that doesn't provide transportation to/from the airport, but we were able to secure a cab upon arrival and the concierge service arranged transportation to the airport for us which was great. All-in-all, it was a great trip.

Great Location

We have stayed at various condos at Capital Peak Lodging, but this was our first VRBO experience in one. Normally we rent through One Snowmass Lodging, so this had a different feel to it. What we enjoyed: *Location! So easy to walk to the lifts, base village restaurants/activities & parking! *Plenty of room for a family with 3 kids. The King bed, 2 twin beds and pull-out couch were very comfortable and had good linens. *Storage was plenty with a main closet for ski coats/pants by entry, dresser side tables & full closets in each bedroom. *Washer & Dryer in the unit and Tide pods & dryer sheets were provided! *Sled and umbrellas in the closet - both of which we used! Things that could be better: *We had to wash many of the dishes/pots before we could use them. This is probably due to cleaning service not being thorough enough. They also left a wet mop on the balcony for the week. *The unit just has an aged feel to it. The chair in the master and the footstool in the living room are both sunken into the point that they are not usable. Also, the twin beds are on wheels and not connected to the headboards, so the beds move around with kids in them. Our kids were older so we weren't concerned about safety, but I would not put smaller kids in them. *This was our first unit in 6 years at Snowmass that didn't have boot/glove warmers in it. *The living room television doesn't have access to local channels like CBS so we could only watch March Madness in the bedrooms. Overall, our family had a great week of skiing and staying in this condo. Location was most important to us and this condo served it's purpose. We look forward to returning soon!

Snowmass village is the perfect summer vacation! This unit had gorgeous views, wonderfully located and was the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed at!

Great 2 bedroom unit

There are 3 buildings for the Capitol Peak Lodge, A, B, and C. A being the closest to the slope or up the hill. I am not sure what the price difference is between units in A vs C but with smaller kids it’s certainly worth a little more. Still a great location in the middle of a lot but if I’m reviewing the ski in ski out feature the walk was a little longer than most others in that category. Mark, that helped with check in, was fantastic and knowledgable.

Great spot in a spacious unit with views and amenities

This was a great spot for a ski vacation. No car needed for us, we could walk everywhere ot take the shuttle, and only a quick trip up to the ski lift(s). Highly recommend!

Great condo in great location

This was our second year staying at this property. We love it. It's a comfortable condo in a really convenient location to the Capitol Peak Lodge amenities, the Elk Camp gondola, and ski school.

Comfortable unit, great location

Our family of 5 (2 adults, three elementary and middle-school aged kids) stayed at this property for five nights. The condo is comfortable and well-appointed, with high ceilings and lots of light. It's in a convenient, walk-out location with ski lockers nearby. Property managers were great about meeting us upon arrival and showing us to parking. We would definitely stay here again!

I would stay here again

Property is great and close to gondola. No stairs or elevator to take in the morning. The only issue is we needed a map to navigate parking garage. Condo is great
