A floor to ceiling stone fireplace, beautiful flooring and inviting furnishings are a welcome comfort at the end of a day exploring all that Aspen and Snowmass have to offer. The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall.



This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each spacious sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from.

There is shared ski storage in the upper and lower Shadowbrook buildings near the stairs. There is also lockable storage right outside the unit front door.



***The pool and hot tub will close the day after Snowmass closing day and will open for the summer Memorial Day weekend. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.***

**Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units and on balconies. Please note that many properties also enforce a no smoking on premises policy.**



******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
