Ample and high-quality deck furniture will provide you comfort as you observe Mother Nature at her best. “debbie’s dream” will fulfill your every dream for a perfect vacation.

The first level open floor plan will assure you an oceanfront from view from the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room features extra-large comfortable sofa and chairs with glass doors on two sides each offering beach views. Reconnect with the family after a day in the sun in the recently updated kitchen and dining room, which has seating for ten, plus bar seating for six.

Two for the five bedrooms at “debbie’s dream” have oceanfront views, including two master suites that have direct access to a marvelous deck. There is nothing better than watching the sunrise with a good cup of coffee from this vantage point at the point of the Isle of Palms. “debbie’s dream” is in the exclusive gated Ocean Point Community. Without any public beach access for ¼ of a mile, Ocean Point offers a secluded beach experience. Ocean Point also features a wonderful swimming complex with ocean and golf views.

The Wild Dunes Links Golf Course Proshop is a short walk from “Debbie’s Dream” where your family can enjoy live music and dining at Huey’s Restaurant. For the family dreaming of an unparalleled vacation, they will find a dream come true at “debbie’s dream” at 53 Ocean Point”.

Parking:
Guests are permitted four cars.  There is no on-street parking. 

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October).   These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

Things to note:

Wild Dunes does not have a central resort pool for all visitors. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.

The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents.  Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.
