Spacieux 5 chambres, 4 salles de bain élevées Oceanfront maison avec de superbes vues et terrasses à gogo (extérieur récemment rénové depuis avril 2016 et salle de bains principale rénové novembre 2016)! Votre famille et vos amis voudront revenir encore et encore pour cette belle maison pour profiter de la vue sur l'océan, chemin privé à la plage, cour clôturée, véranda et 2 niveaux de terrasses pour les meilleures vues de l'océan Sunrise! Le salon spacieux comprend une grande t��lévision à ��cran plat, lecteur DVD & CD, 2 canapés et 2 fauteuils rembourrés, en plus d'une table de petit déjeuner pour 4 personnes. La cuisine ouverte dispose comptoirs en marbre avec des sièges île pour 3, grande inoxydable R��frigérateur avec machine à gla��ons et distributeur d'eau et la cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisson et salle à manger. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une grande salle à manger pour 8, planchers de bois franc au premier niveau, Internet sans fil, grande véranda, douche extérieure, barbecue à gaz, promenade priv��e, parking couvert et salle de bain supplémentaire au premier ��tage (douche seulement). Great for family gathering for holiday

Great home and location for family to gather and spend holiday. Amazing views and porches. All spaces were very clean! Kitchen and living area were nicely updated - beds/bedrooms could use a little refresh. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

October Friend Reunion

We had an excellent stay at the property. It was the perfect site & size for us to host a reunion of friends. Check in process was easy and the home was convenient to other things to do in IOP. Something we will definitely consider again in the future.

The unit is well supplied with games and kitchen supplies. The house did come with problems. The first couple days it rained constantly which resulted in the bourse being surrounded by water. You had to wade through the water to go in or out. The view is wonderful.

Reviewer Comments: No ocean view from main floor. Master bedmatteress excellent! Ice maker didn’t work for 10 days! This was our biggest complaint!!! Instructions needed with each TV some never worked even after cable guy came. Kitchen was unusually terrifically stocked with everything! Great for a family with children. Only one wash cloth and hand towels in kitchen. I recommend new master bedspread..... Hope this helps! Extremely clean upon arrival!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the house are incredible and just a few short steps to the ocean make it a perfect choice. It was very clean with plenty of bath towels. The kitchen, all the bathrooms, and most of the downstairs appear to be recently updated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, lots of utensils and plenty of serving dishes. The one thing I might mention is that the bedroom furnishings could stand some updating although the beds were comfy. I was a little disappointed that the house did not come with any beach towels or beach chairs. For an oceanfront home, these things seem like a must. We rented chairs from a company that set them up and took them down everyday for us so that was nice. Overall, this is a great house with an incredible location.

Great Beach House

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely beach house. The beachfront location is excellent, and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the screened-in porch. A few additional pros for us were: very nice kitchen space that was well-stocked with any cookware and supplies we needed; brand-new gas grill; outdoor deck shower (with hot water!); beautifully-landscaped back yard with easy beach access. A few cons for us were: - the carpet on the second floor should be replaced (seemed old and dirty to us), as well as some of the area rugs throughout the house- some of the furniture could be updated (particularly the living rooms couches and the master bedroom headboard) - the door going to the screened-in porch is difficult and noisy to open/closeOverall, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider renting this house again if some updates were made.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, roomy with many comfortable spaces, good beach access, nice back yard. The information about the property on the site didn't exactly describe the condition of the house. I would recommend that the owner replace the carpeting and work on the curtains (some are coming are coming off the hooks). Parts of the house were updated somewhat, however, the carpeting was in disrepair and dirty. Also, the curtains barely hanging on the rods.
