Have fun with the family at this peaceful getaway, or have a romantic getaway.

A chef’s kitchen with room for four to sit and separate children’s table for three! Comfortable memory foam queen bed and pullout sofa. Sleeps 4 plus pack and play for one child under two.

Steps away from the beach come stay and play on AC!

Three blocks from Tropicana and block away from Kife and Fork Inn a upscale eatery with fantastic food!

Charming and relaxing condo minutes from the sand! Great for families, couples, and friends alike! Has everything you need for enjoining a beach trip in Atlantic City--all the comforts of home without packing your whole home!

Long term visits over 10 days require additional cleaning fee. 10-14 days 1 additional cleaning. 14+ days two additional cleanings a month. Additional cleaning is $65 a cleaning.

Community Pantry and Bar--To make you stay more enjoyable and less stressful we have some basic pantry staples plus some surprize extras! All spices, condiments, oils are available for your cooking needs. All food in the pantry, fridge and freezer is yours to use and enjoy. Feel free to whip up something tasty for you to enjoy. Eat some, Leave some! Feel free to leave any pantry or cooking items behind for the next guest!

Please enjoy the Community Bar responsibly--for guests 21 and over only.

At minimum coffee, cream, sugar and spices and cooking oils and condiments will be provided.

Bright Beautiful- a must see and stay !!

So clean, bright beautiful and comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Easy to locate and a block from the beach. We will definitely be back to stay here !!

Nice place across street from Boardwalk

Very nice place, clean and as advertised. 30 second walk from boardwalk, not even 5 minute walk to Tropicana. I would definitely recommend.

Atlantic City

The property was great, it’s located with in walking distance of everything lots to do without having to drive around. Building is being renovated and updated the work that was done was looking great. Would recommend staying at the location the host was right on any questions that I had. Parking lot was just sealed so the FF parking space was renamed to spot 21 but the host promptly made us aware highly recommended if your looking for an affordable spot to stay in Atlantic City

The property is very nice and cozy. The host is absolutely amazing and so responsive. Everything was clean and it has everything you would need. It is packed with paper products, toothpaste, soaps, shampoos and conditioner, chargers etc. They have beach chairs and even a desk to write or read!!! The ac/heating unit is amazing and has a cute remote to use. The only thing is, the fridge has items in it and things can spoil that way. 100 out of 10.

Ok if u are a deep sleeper

98 pct clean upon arrival, all else was accommodating during stay, but regretfully hard to sleep well as the location by the open street, makes for foolish and uncaring drivers with vehicles not maintenced, and/or dont care, waking u up thru the early AM hrs, zooming by the condo.

Ocean breeze sea breeze review

Very clean, well-stocked with supplies, convenient location to AC beach and boardwalk as noted accurately in description. Spacious bathroom. Condo came with pack and play, perfect for toddlers to sleep. Great to have dedicated parking spot close to unit. Only drawback was that 2 adults could not sleep comfortably in double sofa bed that was more like staggered bunk beds. Traveling with elderly mother, adult brother and my young son. Since my brother and I could not fit on sofa, our mother had to sleep on sofa, and we had to use the bed. The type of sofa bed should have been clearer in description. Other than that, would highly recommend for parties of two or families with very young children.

Mgmt forgot to cleanup after last tenants stay, and the A/C did not work, forcing our stay, to cancel, and return home that night, as HVAC repair men are not really available on Sunday eve. The payment made, are to be credited back in full, in a few weeks, so we see, that will finalize our decision to try again in future, as we accept, mistakes happen, part of being human, lets try better next time.

We are again very sorry for the mishaps. We are super hosts and pride our selves on that so this was also disappointing for us. We did have the dates mixed up with the cleaning crew and as soon as you told us we had the cleaner there within 30 minutes. When you told us of the issue with the air conditioner unit I immediately had the maintenance guy on staff at the condos come and check on it and they were not able to fix it. I immediately turned around and called five different HVAC companies for emergency services. Since it was a Sunday night I could not get anyone there, which was behind my control. Because of this I offered you full refund and 20% off for a future stay. This again was not ideal but we still gave 5 star service to address all the issues. The stay might not have been 5 star but our service level was. We were in constant communication and we did everything we could to fix it. Again we pride ourselves on high quality and high service and this does not reflect our normal business operations.
