Notre condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il dispose d'une chambre privée, d'une salle de bains complète avec douche mise à jour, d'un combo salon / salle à manger qui comprend également un canapé-lit gigogne. Ce condo confortable est parfait pour une escapade en couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Les équipements comprennent un réfrigérateur complet, une cuisinière avec four, un four micro-ondes, la climatisation, une cafetière, de la vaisselle et du linge de maison. Tout vous attend pour en profiter !!!! apportez juste vos serviettes de plage et vos nécessités personnelles.

Quick Weekend Getaway

Short weekend stay for a birthday party. Beach was very close, short walk to a clean beach. Condo was clean and owners very nice.

Summer Family Visit 2024

We really enjoyed the location. You are steps away from beach, allowing easy walks in the morning on the best beach around. And lazy afternoons on the beach with the kids. Brigantine is a hidden gem.

Perfect relaxing getaway spot

My fiancé and I spent a weekend at this place and it was just perfect. The place was clean, freshly painted and everything was new. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything needed for a home away from home. I would definitely stay at this place when the weather is warmer to enjoy the beach which was just steps away.

Wonderful

Fantastic location literally 100 feet from the beach Dune entrance to a very nice clean wide beach. Condo was clean, well equipped And comfortable. We were able to walk or bike to everything. We did not use the car at all. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to rent from.

Wonderful Experience

Beautifully decorated condo that has great views and easy access to the beach. The condo was in excellent condition with many creature comforts. It was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Susan was great to work with and very accommodating. I will definitely be returning! Thanks, Susan for being so attentive!

Spotless

As soon as we walked in I could smell the clean and see that everything was spotless! For a small space it has all you need and Susan was gracious enough to check in & make sure we were happy and made herself available to answer any questions we might have had throughout our stay. The bed & couch weren’t as comfortable as we would have liked, however for the few days we were there, it was tolerable and the 30 second walk to the beach was priceless. We would definitely go back!

A break from the heat wave

Needing a break from the heat a home we were able to book a couple night stays here. It was and is a fantastic place extremely clean and comfortable for the two of us. It is located right on the beach! The cool ocean breeze was such a welcome relief. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. We spent the majority of our time on the beach and used the recommendations of place to eat from Susan, the owner to the property. Susan is an outstanding host who touched base with us to make sure we checked in ok and had no problems. We are looking forward to booking again at some future date.

ideal for quiet beach week

Hosts couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They really made the difference in answering questions and solving our small issues kindly and quickly. The place is very clean, comfortable for couple, nicely decorated, and super convenient to beach. Tiny kitchen is abundantly supplied for cooking, baking, microwaving; we didn't need those but appreciated toaster, coffeemaker, range of leftover containers, dishwasher. Great to have ceiling fans and a.c. available in both rooms; liked the large stall shower and 2 chairs + table outdoors. Also nice to have parking spot and access to both covered and open picnic tables on premises. Couch and tv, wifi for evenings and rainy hours ... all great!

Cute place. Perfect location. Helpful owner

Pros: Condo is great location right next to beach entrance. You can see the dunes and ocean from balcony outside condo. Unit was updated within approx 10 years. Susan was very communicative. We had some questions prior to trip and we had a few conversations. And she checked on us after check-in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We also owner allowed later check-out on Sunday. Cons: the AC unit in the bedroom is not working. It was bearable for us because weather was cooler (<70 degrees at night), but hopefully it gets repaired for future guests especially as it gets hotter in peak summer. We were warned upon arrival, but feel we should have been warned prior. Other detail we may have missed was full size bed, not queen. Overall had a great weekend and enjoyed Brigantine.

Our property description does specify that it's a Queen-Sofa-Bed, however, we will remove this from our description to avoid confusion. Beachfront getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our beach getaway. The condo was perfect for a couple to enjoy. Check in process was easy. Parking spot included. We had all we needed there. Condo is very clean. Had Cute decorations, and comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean and shower is big and nice. Then Condo is steps away from the beach access. Being so close to beach is incredible. Definitely best way to spend a beach vacation. Restaurants and stores are walkable as well. I highly recommend staying there.

Our stay was fantastic. The space was as advertised, and everything was new and clean. There were so many “little” things to count that made our stay so pleasant. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. We were able to fully unpack in the bedroom, and there were plenty of hangers. Any input here is “Knit-Picking”, but it might be helpful in the future. There was less than 1/2 a roll of TP left, but we brought our own. Salt and Pepper shakers would have been nice. Sugar, measuring spoons, and maybe a blow dryer would be more convenient for your guests. You had a binder with “stuff to do”, but we were looking for a little more information. Maybe there wasn’t any. The shower was fantastic. Overall, we made a great decision. Thanks for having us.

Brigantine Beach has been our vacation spot for years. We love the proximity to Atlantic City's boardwalk. We love the beach any time of the year. We are a new couple, each with semi grown children and we are hoping to build a life together and our condo here in Brigantine was our very first investment as a couple. We both lead very busy lives so when the opportunity presents itself, the beach is our first choice.

The Ocean Front Condo speaks for itself. Steps from the ocean and to local attractions in town makes it very desirable. If you love the beach, this is the place to be.

We love being able to walk to the Laguna on the beach from our condo. We love that we can take walks through the town, ride bikes, go paddle boarding or just sit, enjoy the waves and a nice beverage.
