Step up to the rooftop deck, a true highlight of the property, complete with a private spa, plenty of seating, and loungers for soaking up the sun or enjoying the sunset over the water. Morning coffee, evening cocktails, or a spa soak with panoramic ocean views, this deck has it all.
The condo includes two assigned garage parking spaces and offers direct access to The Strand, making it easier for your group to walk to the beach. Please note, this unit requires 3 flights of stairs up from the garage or 2 flights of stairs up from street level, so itâs best suited for guests comfortable with stairs.

This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
