We loved the easy walk to the beach and the pool. Close to restaurants and the easy and relaxed feel of Amelia Island. The mattresses were not very comfortable, might be time to replace them but overall, we would come back.

My family and I had an excellent time! The condo was spacious enough for our family of 5 and the beach was clean, and provided plenty of space for my family to enjoy beach time!

We stayed from Tuesday thru Sunday. Fabulous condo. Had everything we needed in there when we arrived. Very convenient to everything. Loved being right on beach. Cant wait to go back.

Beach awesome, great food and shopping close by. View of beach not as good as pictured. Had a lot of issues with door lock. Beds comfy. Pool nice.

Stay at the Sand Dollar

Property was very clean and felt safe. Beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen amenities were a little short. For example, no mixing bowls were found. We enjoy cooking up treats while on vacation. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the location and getting to know Amelia Island. Thank you.

Location, location, location!

We had an amazing time staying at this property for our vacation! With 3 young kids it was so nice to just have a short walk across the boardwalk to get to the beach! The kids loved being able to go from the beach to the pool and back to the beach again with ease. The condo is older and could use a few updates (duct tape on the towel bar in the master bathroom and the pocket door to the bathroom did not latch), and was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but all in all it met our needs and you can't beat the location! It is worth noting, however, that parking is a bit tricky at this complex. The parking spaces are VERY tight to get into, and there are limited spots. There were spots blocked off during our stay due to maintenance/construction making it even harder to find a spot. If you have a larger vehicle just note you will have to do a bit of maneuverability to get in and out of spots. The location is perfect, the communication with the owner was excellent, check in / check out couldn't have been easier, and the rental rate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to a couple or very small group. And Fernandina Beach is my absolute favorite vacation spot!
