I left a note but we killed two very large spiders. In the master bedroom Closet and the hall outside the kitchen. Also, need more forks. We eat in a lot and we're very limited with the flatware. Thanks

Lovely community

We go somewhere different every spring with another couple. This time it was 1 million Island and we were delighted with the community. The property was very clean and situated well. We were a bit disappointed to run into a few complications with a TV that didn't work a bathroom, torn hub that was broke and locked my wife in. And a shower faucet that was installed improperly and generated cold showers. Property management responded quickly and repaired the situations. We thought we might see a rebate as a way of the property management saying these things happen and we're sorry it happened to you on your trip.

Nice Stay!

Despite the hurricane, my stay was pleasant and quiet. Very easy access to the beach and a wonderful view from the living room! The furnishings were nice and the bed was very comfortable. The AC, TVs, and all appliances worked well. The host company was great with communication and I felt they would respond quickly if I needed them. My only negative - which is no fault of anyone - is the design of the unit. The bedrooms are dark because the windows open to a dark concrete hallway on the bottom floor. I kept the draperies shut which made the rooms feel basement like. But the view from the rest of the unit makes up for it. An overall nice stay!

Nicely appointed condo with great location

This condo is nicely appointed, comfortable beds, good kitchen, nice furnishings, and decor, good wifi AND you’re less than a five minute walk from a very clean, uncrowded beach. Since this is a ground floor unit, you also have a view of the beach fauna and flora, including rabbits and turtles. This unit is also conveniently located half way between two major supermarkets (about a ten minute drive to each) and also convenient to some really good restaurants. For a beach vacation this would be hard to beat.

Location was fantastic! Condo was a little outdated with large chips in countertops, older bathrooms, etc. We had an issue in the master bath, where a leak from upstairs became an issue and they were right on it to get it resolved. The master bedroom tv went out, and it was replaced in no time at all. Dustin - the maintenance guy - was a treat. He was clear with communication, true to his word, and joyful to talk with while there. Hopefully, there would be no issues for anyone staying, but it there is, it will be addressed quickly and efficiently. Will recommend to others!

Wonderful location , property could use a little updating -kitchen , bathrooms , patio chairs . On arrival kitchen lacked basics of cutting boards plates , spatulas etc . On contacting the property manager they delivered all I requested that day, they were very helpful and responsive

Great time at the beach

Relaxing getaway

Everything we needed for a nice, relaxing vacation. We loved the easy access to the restaurant across the street (ate there 3 times!). The kitchen could have been stocked a bit more but we had everything that we needed. Overall a fantastic location/experience and we will be back!
