The Tomball House is located in the heart of Tomball’s historic Old Town, and just steps away from restaurants, shopping, antiques, festivals, and a year-round farmer’s market. Enjoy being within walking distance to the Texas trifecta: coffee, barbecue, and Tex-Mex.

Built in 1945, the House includes modern amenities, mid-mod styling, and high-speed internet. Relax with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area with seating for six, and a living room that overlooks a large oak tree in the front yard and features a 65” smart TV. For added convenience, each bedroom includes bedside USB ports and a wireless phone charger.

King Room
This oversized bedroom features a king-sized bed and gel memory foam mattress, sitting area, desk workstation, full-length mirror, ceiling fan, and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom, with its clawfoot tub and separate shower, has a high ceiling covered in cedar planks and a skylight.

Queen Room
This art-deco inspired room includes a queen-sized bed and 12-inch gel memory foam mattress, full-length mirror, ceiling fan, smart TV, dresser and closet. The TV swivels out from the wall for the perfect viewing angle. A bathroom is located just down the hall.

The Guest Mode on the Roku TVs allows guests to log in to their favorite streaming service and have account info automatically removed upon checkout.

Girls’ Weekend

Shea was an amazing host! We were in town for a wedding, and everything was perfect. I think this is probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. I’m super picky, and I usually find at least something to recommend to the host to improve, but not this time! This house has vintage charm out the wazoo. Beds are extremely comfortable, and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Really close to lots of shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for two couples

Tomball House is a two bedroom and two bathroom home with plenty of common space (kitchen, dining room, living room). Seems newly remodeled and attractively decorated. There is a nice, private outdoor space with gazebo and gas fire pit. Location Is an easy walk to parks, restaurants, shops and the farmers market. Perfect for two couples. Host was exceptional.

Great location and layout for 3 generations

We were in the area for a 90th birthday. A set of grandparents, a set of parents and one infant stayed. The host made sure that a pack and play was set up and ready and the bedrooms were on two ends of the house, each with a nice bathroom. The kitchen/dining/living were between. It was a perfect set up and right next to some of the best BBQ and Chocolate in Tomball.

Calm and relaxing

A perfect home with everything you would need or want.It was clean and very comfortable. The host were kind and considerate. I will stay there each time I visit Tomball.

The Tomball House was so very nice!

This house is perfect! So clean, very nicely decorated. All needs were met---exceeded! Lots of considerate touches! This property is in a quiet area but within walking distance to a park, restaurants, coffee shops, thrift stores and on and on! What a great town! We have family nearby and would love to stay at this house again for a future visit! Thank you for your hospitality!

Texas-sized hospitality

We stayed at Tomball House for our week long stay in Texas to celebrate my brother’s wedding. The house was great - comfortable and accommodating. Shea was responsive and always willing to go above and beyond. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Great Stay

The Tomball house was great! Excellent location, good restaurants and coffee shops near by. The house was welcoming, clean and beautifully designed. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Return visit

This was our second stay at the Tomball House. Just as nice we remembered. Shea has done a lovely job furnishing this home for such a pleasant, comfortable stay. We had guests a few nights and the separation of bedrooms is a plus. Love the location for easy access to charming Tomball. Definitely plan to return!

Having toys in that hall closet for little ones was a blessing.

Excellent!!!!!!!

Great home, Great location, Great host!! So much thought and care has been put into this house to create a welcoming, comfortable home away from home. The renovations are nicely done without erasing the charm in this age house and she has furnished it very nicely. Restaurants and shopping really are a short walk away. We visit area several times a year and definitely plan to stay again.

Tomball house

Nicely renovated older house walking distance to coffee house, several restaurants, lots of shops/boutiques and Main Street Crossing. It is near train tracks as well but they were usually short and few. Shea was very responsive and we were pleased with our stay

I love the walkable neighborhood - easily stroll to Honor Society Coffee, restaurants, Mana bakery, various shops, and the farmers market on Saturdays rain or shine.

When hubby and I first discussed buying a property in Old Town Tomball I knew immediately that I wanted to avoid the typical Texas/Joanna Gains design.
I have loved every minute of designing this mid-mod/ modern home and I hope you are comfortable here.
