Welcome to Top Hill by BNB Louisville, a beautifully appointed home designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable stays. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this expansive property features generous living spaces, upscale finishes, and thoughtful amenities that make it ideal for families, friend groups, and business travelers alike.

At the heart of the home is a massive open-concept main floor where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together. The oversized 11-foot granite island provides ample seating and prep space, making it perfect for shared meals, celebrations, and late-night conversations. Whether you’re cooking together or relaxing after a day of exploring Louisville, this space was built for gathering.

Unwind in the private movie theater room, enjoy quiet moments on the private deck, or retreat to one of the spacious bedrooms for a great night’s sleep. The first-floor primary suite offers a spa-like bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

Guests enjoy easy parking with a two-car garage and additional driveway space. Major roads and highways are just minutes away for fast access across the city. Uber, Lyft, and food delivery services are readily available throughout the area.

🔑 Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, theater room, laundry, deck, and garage. Self check-in provides flexible arrival, and detailed access instructions are provided prior to your stay. During your visit, the home is exclusively yours with no shared spaces.

7 bedrooms, 3 full baths, theater room with spare bed, laundry room, 2-car garage, enormous and open main floor kitchen/entertainment/dining area and private deck make this a great place for you and your family, friends, or coworkers to be comfortable and have room to enjoy each other, yet have your own space, too. (Note: This is Wayne's residence. He lives here when not rented.)

Guests have access to the entire house and garage, driveway, and one parking pad in front of home. (No street parking permitted.) This is Wayne's residence when not booked.

I'm available for any questions or suggestions during your visit and do my best to greet you upon arrival.

This is a lovely quiet, upscale neighborhood with narrow streets in a location convenient to all the best dining and entertainment in Louisville.

Street parking is not permitted--one parking pad out front (2-wheels only on street), driveway, and lower level back-entry garage.

Great neighborhood, great house and great town

$ couples that travel together every spring made a random decision to visit Louisville. The house was really good for our group with plenty of space to spread out or just the right amount to hang out together. The neighborhood was very nice with a lot of character and our hosts were very solicitous and in touch. We were also very close to town, restaurants and everything else.

Bourbon and Beyond

We went to Louisville to go to the Bourbon and Beyond Festival and go on the Bourbon trail.The property is in a great location, in a beautiful neighborhood.The property managers were responsive. There were a few issues with the house (their house cleaner had an emergency, so it wasn't as clean as it coukd have been, but not bad), It is in a wooded area, so there were some critters, so we recommended an exterminator, and my husband had to fix a clog in one shower (we could have called the managers, and I'm sure they would have done it, but my husband is handy and did ot quickly and we didn't have to wait on anyone). Overall, a good place to stay with plenty of room for our party of 7, plus a baby. I would recommend it! were communicative and easy to reach.
