Bienvenue! Notre maison est votre escapade balnéaire parfaite. Près de la plage et des restaurants locaux, discothèque, shopping et activités pour enfants. 4 chambres, cuisine rénovée et terrasse ensoleillée avec barbecue à gaz et chaises longues. Amenez toute la famille ou profitez d'un endroit tranquille pour vous détendre!

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter d'une journée à la plage est ici : 1 parasol, 10 chaises longues, planches de bodyboard et étiquettes de plage. Il y a une télévision connectée dans chaque chambre et dans l'espace de vie principal, avec une cuisine ouverte et un plan d'étage. Beaucoup de stationnement hors rue. 4 vélos. Le Sandpiper a hâte de vous voir!

I didn't want to leave

Beautiful, practical and well appointed I couldn't have wished for more. It was immaculate and had everything we were looking for. Easy communication with the owner and easy check in/ check out. I would love to stay here again.

My friends and I had an incredible stay! The location was perfect and the house itself was absolutely amazing—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Perfect Proximity to Downtown and Beachside

Everything was in great condition and home exceeded our expectation. The layout allowed for accommodating our growing family and having everything available to take to the beach made it so much easier- rather than us having to lug it all with us. Perfect family vacation

This is a great property in the heart of Avalon! It is very clean, has everything you need to relax at the beach, make dinner, get a good night’s sleep. It has lots of comfortable beds, bikes & beach towels galore. Walking distance to the beach and coffee shops, grocery store, bakeries, restaurants. Fantastic hosts - very responsive. They went out of their way for us. We will be back!

Perfect Rental House for a Family Beach Vacation

We stayed here for a week with 4 adults and 5 children. The house accommodated everyone perfectly. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need…beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, bikes. Not to mention household items that are typically irritating to buy for a rental…paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. All of the beds were made with nice linens when we arrived. Great location to get to the beach, or walk into town for ice cream, mini golf, shopping, etc. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were very happy with our stay!

Relaxing Vacation

When Chris and Kate say their background is in the hospitality business, they aren’t kidding. Their property, Sand Piper Beach House, in Avalon, NJ, is beautiful and welcoming, and every detail has been thought through. From the first text message welcoming us, our experience at this house has been smooth sailing and memorable. Although the property is close to a bustling village with shopping and restaurants, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the neighbors are very respectful. We were traveling with two teenage boys, and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, arcades, surf shops, and miniature golf gave them the freedom to explore without one “I’m bored” among them. The kitchen is well stocked, which we love because we enjoy cooking family breakfasts and dinners. The linens are in good condition and plentiful. The home is well-appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated with a beachy feel. The owners are communicative and very responsive. This property and these owners provided one of the best, hassle-free stays we have ever had. We will stay here again.

We are a husband and wife team who have always enjoyed hosting friends at family beach homes and now welcome you to enjoy our own. He has an education and background in hospitality, having worked in first class hotels and resorts. She comes from a family with ties to Avalon going back when Jack's was popular (now townhomes) and the Princeton had wood shavings on the floor. We have a passion for beach life and believe in the recuperating power of the ocean and fresh salt air. We understand that families need amenities, technology, and separate spaces to have an enjoyable vacation together, and we love this house because it provides everything you could want to have a turnkey getaway. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!

The Sandpiper is conveniently located close to everything that makes Avalon special so guests can take advantage of all that Avalon has to offer, all within walking distance! The beach is a short walk to the east, while the heart of downtown Avalon is only 1/2 block to the west. Fine dining, nightlife, shopping, and kids' activities are all moments away. The neighbors to the sides and back of the house are considerate of our home's guests. There is ample parking for 4 cars in the front of the house, but street parking is also frequently available.
