NEW PHOTOS ADDED. Renovations are complete!! See pictures of the amazing kitchen, complete with brand new stainless steel GE appliances, new cabinets, new island with quartz Calcutta countertops, new pantry, subway tile backsplash, and new lighting. The kitchen will be equipped with everything you can think of.

All bathrooms are completed with tile floors, new showers, new vanity's, new lighting, and new toilets. Entire house has been painted, lighting has been replaced, floors have been replaced and all new furniture has arrived

All 4 decks have been replaced as well as the outside shower.

The house was just as pictured. Everything was so nice and clean! Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the use of the decks. Owners were very thoughtful and left us a bottle of wine. We would definitely rent this house again! Great location!!

Our group of 7 plus dogs had a wonderful stay in Avalon, NJ! The owner was very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions/clarifications we had. Being just 3.5 blocks from beach made the walk doable for our children (6 8 year olds walked, 3.5 year olds pushed in double stroller) with our beach wagon for all of our bags. The house provides plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas which is great. Our children loved the toys and games that were included as well! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. Be prepared for lots of steps! They were a little exhausting for our grandmother and older dog, but manageable for the rest of us. Master (king bed) is on top floor next to kitchen and living room, then 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room (sleeps 4) were on middle floor and finally another bunk room (sleeps 4) on the first floor. This setup worked well for us with young kids - although we unfortunately couldn’t use the master bedroom since we needed to be on same floor as our younger kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay and great experience with this owner! Would definitely recommend

Great for Families

My family and I had a great time at this home! The house was clean, spacious and fit us all perfectly. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room for gathering as a whole group in the common spaces. We had everything that we needed while on vacation here and felt very comfortable. It is close enough that you can walk to the beach, but we opted to drive and park nearby instead. We will definitely be booking this home again for future family trips!

AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL HOUSE!!!!!

This is the most beautiful and amazing house in Avalon! My family wanted to stay at a nice place in Avalon to do a Celebration of Life for my Dad who passed away. It was the first time all 6 siblings were back together since he passed. This house is not only beautiful, and extremely clean but the amenities and the size of each room was great! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The LOCATION is awesome. We walked everywhere and had so much fun. Brian is a great Host! He was extremely responsive and helpful when we arrived. I will absolutely stay at this house again. We can't THANK YOU enough Brian for renting this house to us. You will hear from us again :)
