Light and bright larger 1600+ sq. ft. oceanfront end-unit condo on high floor for great views, with 3 balconies. Three bedrooms, two with direct balcony access. Kitchen accesses 3rd balcony. This renovated beachfront condo features direct beach access, 74 golf courses (and 50+ mini golfs!) within 20 miles, including 8 within North Myrtle itself. After a day in the sun and maybe a visit to Pawley's Island or Brookgreen gardens, come back home to enjoy a swim in the community pool and barbecue in the community grilling and picnic area. Mostly owner-occupied building is a quiet respite and infrequently busy. Good value for money.

Relaxing Place

Great place to stay in NMB. Unit 8A has lovely water views and comfortable beds. The place is family friendly - my grandkids kept finding new friends to play with at the pool and beach. Rich was a great communicator throughout the stay.

Amazing!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own rooms and the kids had a separate bathroom. The washer , dryer and even beach chairs were just an added bonus. Rich was super easy to work with and very responsive. We plan to stay here again next year.

Mini Vaca

I had not been to the Myrtle Beach area in11+ years, so I was a little concerned about a rental that I knew nothing about. The rental was very clean, the building is also kept very clean. The views are perfect. I would rent this unit again. I had a question about the unit and Rich answered my question quickly. Great communication.

Weekend getaway

Rich was amazing to work with from the very beginning. He was very helpful and always responsive in a timely manner. The view from the 8th floor was wonderful and completely unobstructed. Watching the storms at night from the balcony was amazing! The condo was spacious and very clean and quiet. We had plenty of space for our family. Access to the beach was very easy and convenient. Parking was always readily available. Rich, thanks for an awesome stay at the beach! Can’t wait to rent again!

2024 Trip

We loved the condo and location. It was perfect for all of us!! However we did have a couple small issues like no TVs working and needing extra towels. The owner never replied to any emails. Even if the answer was no to the towels or theres nothing to be done about the tvs, ect... a reply would have been nice and professional.

Nice host/ property not clean

My family and I immediately noticed the property smelled terrible. It smelled like mildew or mold or something. We had to wash all of the towels because they smelled like smoke. The towels were nice. All of the vents had something black growing on them. The carpet was dirty. The grout on the floors were black. The property needs a good professional cleaning. There was damage to the ceiling that wasn’t repaired. The location is great. The beach front view is great. The host was very nice and responded to me in a timely manner. I did not receive any checkout information. The pool area was nice and never crowded.

Fantastic Accommodations

The owner, Rich is very proactive. Any questions or issues were addressed in a timely manner. He compensated my group for the balcony not being finished while under renovation. He made our stay so pleasant, I look forward to coming back next year.
