This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

Great location,Great amenities!
This is a great little property 1/2 mile from The convention center. The area is slowly being gentrified, so will be an up and coming perfect spot in the city.

Stayed in the bunk house recently and was excited to come back with my family and rent the whole property. The setup is great and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

From the outside the house looks very small but the yard was absolutely adorable and entering the home you can see that there was alot of upgrades and not alot of clutter. Our teens loved the bunkroom and the guest house was perfect for our group. There were air mattresses available but no extra blankets that we could find but plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. We would definately rent again when in the area.

Nice Property, Apprehensive About the Area
Two buildings to this property that were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Three bedrooms in the main house and two in bungalow. Beds were firm and the two rooms with bunk beds are full/queen sized. Operated by a management company, Rebl Rentals. They ask for confirmation of a selfie and pictures of your ID and credit card via text that seemed like phishing at first but they were responsive and courteous the several times I spoke to them. There's a brief, kind of comical outer space-like noise that probably emanates from kitchen in the main house. It's not loud but it seems to happen every 20 minutes or so. About a 10-minute walk to the baseball and basketball stadiums. It’s right on the outskirts of downtown with boarded up places nearby. Some of us didn't feel completely comfortable in the neighborhood when we first arrived. When the cab driver dropped us off he said, "Don't walk around in this neighborhood." But in the three days we were there we didn’t have any problems or see anything that was concerning.
