Such a wonderful location & home! We were right beside all our spots we wanted to go, the neighborhood was a great stroller walk spot and the pool was great!
We had a great stay! The house was very convenient to lots of Phoenix hiking and tourist activities. It was great to have the pool to cool off after a hot morning of hiking! Everything was well-equipped. I wouldnât suggest using the top bunk for bigger kids. We would definitely stay again!
Beautiful house! Great communication with host; lovely amenities (huge fan of the coffee bar); quiet neighborhood. Perfect front porch for sipping coffee. Will stay again next time weâre in Phoenix.
We love to get out and walk, and this sweet craftsman house was perfectly positioned to explore Phoenix. We walked everywhere! We also enjoyed the backyard, the badminton net, the spa, the big dining table, the collection of games, and the coffee set up. It was clear much thought had gone into designing a great get-away spot.
We enjoyed our stay at the Roosevelt Historic Craftsman. It was conveniently located to downtown. We walked to the Burton Barr Library, the neighborhood, and to 7th Ave and McDowell for food. We had breakfast at Snooze which was also close. The host, Tracy, was very responsive. When we asked to have the hot tub turned on she responded immediately. The mattresses were comfortable which made for a good night rest.
I thought several times about how perfect this house was for our stay! We had plenty of space for our people, the pool and hot tub were a hit; the neighborhood was quiet and safe; it was close to food and easy to get to our daily destination. Connecting with Robby and Tracy was easy and they were always very responsive! If I could give 10 stars, I would. If we decide to return for the event we were attending, I'll book this property again.
We loved our stay here. Itâs close to the train which made going into downtown super easy. The house and beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

We had the most amazing time at this house â honestly, it exceeded our expectations in every way! We were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the property was. The space felt both spacious and cozy, and the decor gave it a lot of personality without being over-the-top.The location was ideal: quiet, peaceful, and safe, but still convenient to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved going out for the day and coming back to such a relaxing spot.Communication with the host was stellar. They were responsive and helpful, giving us clear directions, check-in instructions, and It made the whole process seamless and stress-free.Highly recommended stay! We would definitely rent again!
The home was quite nice and well appointed. There was a little glitch with getting the door code and then wifi to work, but the property manager was responsive and addressed the issues quickly. We enjoyed out stay.
I love my family, travel and food! Always looking for new adventures to make more unforgettable memories. Put those things together and it just makes sense that we would get a vacation home! And we want to share that vacation home so other travelers can make memories too!
We love our vacation home here in Phoenix! It has an amazing location in downtown, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, a nice park, shopping and Roosevelt Row. We love that we can take bicycle or a scooter around to explore downtown or take a 2 minute walk to the McDowell/Central Ave Phoenix Valley Metro rail.
This property has the historic charm of a hundred year old house but with modern touches and has lots of amenities! We love the nice, quiet little suburb neighborhood but right in downtown Phoenix!
