Welcome home to your Coastal Casa. This recently updated home is a ten minute walk or two minute golf cart ride to 27th Ave beach access. This home offers a split level layout with two living rooms, plenty of room for sharing with family and friends. Relax in your outdoor personal oasis with a screened in heated pool and spa. This property is 2.5 miles to the famous Flagler Ave. to enjoy restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are four bedrooms and two full baths. Full size washer and dryer. Walking and bike trails across the street. All electric, water, internet, and cable are included. Pool and spa gas heat usage is included for normal use, but may be billed separately for more than average usage. Rates and terms are negotiable.

Lots of room, great pool and hot tub! Location is perfect — short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Despite nearness to beach, shopping, and dining, neighborhood is quiet and the pool/hot tub is very private. Owners were great, but honestly everything was so smooth that we didn’t have much need for interaction with them. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for Our Family Reunion!Our VRBO stay in New Smyrna Beach was everything we hoped for and more! We came together for a family reunion, and this property was the perfect home base. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the comforts of home—a sparkling clean pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of seating for meals and two living rooms with TV's.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive (less than 1.5 miles) to the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We spent our days relaxing on the sand, playing games, and enjoying quality time together.The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We made so many special memories here and can’t wait to come back!

Great location

The house has a great layout and is decorated nicely. The pool and hot tub setup was a highlight, with impressive tech features. The location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. We chose a vacation rental for privacy, but were frequently contacted by the host, including early messages that woke us up regarding friends coming to pick up and drop off a golf cart.Cleanliness was a concern — dishes and laundry were left from previous guests, nail clippings were found around the pool and in a bedroom, and personal items like dirty underwear were left in the laundry room. Towels were worn, there was a hole in one bedroom wall, and the pool floats were damaged. Each bathroom had only a third of a roll of toilet paper and no backup.We brought a service animal and were told we needed to pay a pet fee, despite informing the host of the dog’s service status. Vrbo had to step in to address it. We did unintentionally cause a rust stain in the pool from a small weight. Our dog fell into the pool several times while playing on the first day and was injured. After a vet visit, we ensured he stayed out of the pool for the remainder of our stay.Overall, the property has potential and a great location, but due to the issues mentioned, we would likely choose a different rental in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! My text question to the property manager was answered promptly. Had everything you need with plenty of room. Pool was excellent. Location is spectacular plus our four legged fur baby was able to vacay with us. I will definitely come back!

It’s Good To Be On Saxon

Spent 6 weeks in this delightful place during March/April 2025. We were surprised at just home much room we had after walking from the front room, through the compact kitchen and into the back living, dining and sleeping area! The pool area is very relaxing, with the spa waterfall and tropical foliage creating a wonderful ambiance.The only issue we had was the very comfortable main bed being too high (32” to mattress top) for my wife. This wouldn’t be an issue for younger, more agile folks, but thought it should be mentioned.Communication with the landlord, Jon, was almost instantaneous and pleasant.We highly recommend this property, as it will enhance your stay in New Smyrna Beach.

Awesome house

Check in process was amazing and both husband and wife very nice to deal with. Pool and hot tub were great and place is very spacious. Nice driveway for are truck and trailer and very good neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants very close too!! Would definitely recommend staying there!!

Great experience at this modern home. Pool and spa proved to be the big hit with our family. TVs in all rooms was a plus. Appliances were new and worked flawlessly. Tammy was very helpful getting us situated. The walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants was pleasant. Bike trail was excellent.

Fantastic

The home is exactly as described. The kitchen is fully outfitted with excellent cookware. The location is fabulous. We loved the backyard and the pool area. It is very private and quiet. We were able to see two rocket launches from the street!
