The Space:
Unwind on Grand with family and friends. Capable of sleeping 8, we'd love to host your trip to Lawrence! All 3 thoughtfully unique bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master Suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. 2 queen beds and a hall bath are also on this level. If you need to get some work done, the upstairs loft has you covered. Keep tabs on whats going on downstairs from the office area. 2 twin size rollaway beds are ready to sleep the young and the young at heart in the loft; upon request, we can move a rollaway bed downstairs. Be sure to snap a selfie with the goodvibes sign before you head to a Jayhawks game. And of course you've played tic tac toe before but not on a wall. Arcade basketball, cornhole, and popdarts are sure to entertain your group. Enjoy a beautiful stay! We look forward to hosting you!

The Neighborhood:
Duplex-style townhome neighborhood - family friendly and right across the street from Holcom Park Recreation Center (play sets, baseball/softball fields, and tennis courts).

Getting Around:
Guests may park in the 2 car garage if they want. This townhome has a shared driveway - please park on the right side. 4 vehicles can fit comfortably. Good parking brake is encouraged for steepness of the driveway.
There is a city bus stop right behind the property - Route 7 takes you downtown to popular Massachusetts "Mass Street".

Other Things to Note:
All wall art in the space was created by your host.
There are black-out shades and curtains in each bedroom.
Each bedroom has it's own box fan!
