10 our of 10! Great place to stay. The home was quiet, clean, and convenient to stores, restaurants and campus. Communication with the host was prompt and responsive. We traveled by train so our schedule was unorthodox, and our host was completely accomodating. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. We had 5 people stay at the house, but the living room was able to accommodate our 2 kids who came to visit during the day.

This was a lovely, clean, easy to access property. I stayed there with my daughter for college orientation and we will 100 percent stay again. The host was lovely and a great communicator. It was an overall great experience.

This is our second time staying at this property. It's a wonderful, clean, convenient space to stay when visiting campus/dropping off kids. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus so it's easy to get to KU but far enough away that you have a little bit of space from the busyness of the campus life. And Jori is a great communicator and easy to work with. We will stay here again, for sure.

Great stay

We had three people staying at the house for graduation weekend. The house was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. We were able to cook dinner, steam gowns, and relax with each other. It made moving our daughter out of her apartment so much easier.

Great option for visiting KU and your kids.

So found the property within weeks of daughter’s KU graduation. Already had a couple hotel rooms but really wanted vrbo. The owner was very communicative and offered more than enough information to be the first renters. Clean, bedrooms were furnished with the basics. Beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have patio furniture however, knowing the owner just got property listed so that was not a problem. Would highly recommend this for visits to KU or the Lawrence area in general. Also owner is local so that always helps. Garage, driveway and roadside parking more than ample.

Jori is a great host, being attentive to answer questions quickly. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The location is convenient, it's on the south side of Lawrence so it has easy access to shopping and to K-10 to get to KC.

Lovely and Comfortable Property!

We traveled to Lawrence for a football tournamnet with our two sons and this condo was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, and clean. The communication with the owner clear and easy. Located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood we would recommend this property.
