This fully furnished new home is located 5 minutes from Lake Pleasant Pavilion Shopping area, minutes from Lake Pleasant and the new Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Get to the Glendale Arena within 20 minutes, downtown Phoenix in 40 minutes and Sedona and Prescott are just over an hour north of the home. Three bedrooms; each with their own bathroom. Fully furnished kitchen and outdoor patio. Grill burgers, play cornhole, or just lay out and relax in the Arizona sun. Hiking and biking trails within minutes from the home.

Lovely stay in Peoria

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Jennifer’s home in Peoria. The house is super comfortable and well appointed with everything you need from cooking to enjoying the great outdoor patio. It shows really well in the pictures but I think they don’t do this lovely home justice! Jennifer was super responsive and could not have been more accommodating and responsive. IIf you’re looking for a great stay with lots to do nearby this is the one!Thank you again Jennifer!

A Perfect Last-Minute Stay for Our Family Gathering

We needed a last-minute rental for a family service get-together, and this home exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed—the house smelled fresh and inviting, was impeccably clean, and was stocked with thoughtful extras that most rentals don’t provide. The kitchen was especially impressive, with plenty of space to lay out a variety of platters for our gathering, and an abundance of utensils, cookware, and essentials that made hosting effortless.Beyond the kitchen, the entire home was well-equipped with extra toiletries, linens, and supplies that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The backyard was another highlight—spacious and perfect for spending quality time together. This home was exactly what we needed at the time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better space to come together as a family. If you’re looking for a place to host a family gathering, this is it. Highly recommend!

Wanted to take our grandson fishing at Lake Pleasant. The area and house was convenient to the lake. The house and very nice and comfortable furnishings. I would book this property again.

Great property in nice neighborhood

The home was immaculate - it would clearly be a very new home in a nice family oriented neighborhood. There were great desert hikes within a 2 minute walk and a short 8 minute drive to restaurants, groceries, several fitness club options and many more shopping venues. We made great use of Lake Pledant regional park that was a convenient 20 minute drive away.
