Overnight stay

The efficiency is quite small, which I didn’t pick up on from the pictures. We didn’t need to stay long, basically just long enough to get some sleep. It was clean and quiet.

In all my travels for seven years with the blue angels, this is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed. I did not know that the owner had sent me a code and I had to call her at about midnight after flying in to get the code and she was so sweet about the whole situation and then I had to call her back once more and again there was no hesitation in helping me out. If I come down here again, I will definitely rent this amazing place out. It was so cozy and clean and beautiful. It’s an absolute 10 out of 10. This place actually felt so safe,cozy and like home.

A wonderful stay!

We booked this as an overnight stay before our flight to Cuba for a mission trip. We loved it so much after our stay that we booked it for our return trip as well. This is a cozy home and so comfortable and clean! We felt very safe in the neighborhood, and it is a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the airport. Nini is a wonderful host and we enjoyed meeting her very much. You can’t go wrong if you book to stay here!

A cozy retreat

This place is super clean. Even though you are in the middle of town, it's in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Great communication with the host. It's way better than a hotel. It's also close to the airport.

This little guest house has everything you need and the bed is very comfy with lots of pillows and great shower pressure . Perfect for a single person stay or even a couple. Very private and very quiet . Thank You for a perfect stay .Enid is a great host .I never met her to thank her

Perfect in every aspect

Wonderful experience at a wonderful property. My girlfriend and I stayed for a week while visiting family in Tampa. This location is a perfect alternative to a costly hotel stay. The property was quiet, clean, and tucked away in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all Tampa has to offer. We won't hesitate to stay again. 10/10 on all accounts.

Decent for a night stay

None of the reviews really mention you pull up to a nursing home and this is an addition to back of property. The place is clean and comfortable as well as quiet. They had major flooding in neighborhood prior to visit so it just looked worse than it was when we pulled in.
