You'll love this unique and romantic escape.
Arthur's Dream is a luxury 5th wheel. King size bed, queen sofa bed. Fabulous kitchen with convection-microwave, full size fridge and plenty of work space. The bath has a large shower and a residential toilet. Outside there is a gas grill and an outdoor shower for two.
25' of covered parking for your boat or vehicle .
Dollar store, fishing supplies, Carrice Creek & Pendleton Harbor boat launchs all a very short walk.
No smoking. No vaping on the ENTIRE property.No pets. No parties.

Great access to Toledo bend lake. Less than a quarter-mile from two boat ramps, grocery store restaurant, etc. Right in the middle of everything!

Excellent property and great location

Wife and I stayed here for a fishing event. Super nice and clean property. Very safe and convenient for boats in tow. Complete parking cover for a large bass boat. Will stay here when I can while at Toledo Bend Lake. The new Texas launch facility is 1/4 mile away

Great RV with all the amenities we needed for a quick overnight at the lake. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had.

Very relaxing &comfortable place owners super nice plan on making another stay there this summer if Possible easy to get to and kept up very nicely for couple to stay hope to see mr.jimmy and mrs joann again this summer

The R/V is very nice, well maintained and the host has many unexpected details making this place special. It is in a great location with access to the attractions in the area. We will certainly return.

This was our second time staying there and just like our first time everything was excellent clean and beautiful little spot for any small little group looki g to rent cozy place to stay and something i didnt realize the first time we stay that there or two boat launch right there one is hop skip amd the other one is hop skip jump fron it make it very well worth staying there and for the host mrs jimmy and jonna very excellent host super friendly and very nice they kind people you can just sit and have conversation with we even invited them to eat supper with us and they or really super nice company to be around we enjoy them very much so as far as me i recommend there place to everybody the reason why is very super nice place and they kept their price very reasonable not like alot of other people has done and raise price super high where middle class people can't rent it best wishes to jimmy and jonna hopefully we get to see yall again before summer ends

Our stay was great and very detailed instruction was left inside the camper. Our only issue was spotty wifi one evening but that could have been to others being home in the area.

Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect, as we were there for a fishing tournament. The covered parking for the boat it's a huge plus. It was very clean and had everything we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! JoAnn and Jimmy were wonderful and we enjoyed getting to know them while we were there!
