Bright, two bedroom, one bathroom, open concept duplex (I live on the other side) with vaulted ceilings. Fully furnished with washer and dryer in the unit. Queen bed in larger bedroom with large closets and full size bed in smaller bedroom with a nice closet. You do have to walk through the smaller bedroom to get to larger bedroom. Small deck/ porch with chairs and Adirondack chairs and fire pit in the yard with partial views of the sunset over the catskill mountains . WiFi, Cable, Electricity, Heat and Hot Water Included. Dedicated parking right outside the entrnce. Close to Main Street Chatham, Machaydn Theater, the Chatham Berry Farm, and Art Omi. 25 min to Hudson and 40 min to Jiminy Peak and Catamount
