BLUSH: Experience a brand new tiny home that’s been transformed into a glam space. This tiny home has stairs that lead to a charming loft area that’s 48” tall and even less in the bed nook. PLEASE NOTE: It is necessary for most people to duck when in the loft space.

PRIVATE HOT TUB/deck: open year round. LED color changing lights surround the hot tub. Mineral purified water is softer, sparkly and is gentle on the skin. Wrap yourself in the cozy robe we left for you. **Please note that all hot tubs are serviced daily between 10am - 2pm.**

PELLET FUELED FIRE PIT (with everything you need) for roasting marshmallows under the stars.

BEDROOM: A queen-sized bed has been tucked into the upstairs loft with plush linens. Enjoy the bedside lights for reading and the TV placed for easy viewing from either the bed or the sofa.

DINING ROOM: Custom bar table with comfy seating, LED lights with controller to adjust color, brightness surround the room, smart TV.

KITCHEN: Wine fridge! Well-stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and drip coffee machine as well as a selection of coffees, teas. Full sized appliances include: induction cooktop with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, all in one washer/dryer, toaster, waffle maker and lots of fun glassware options for your favorite drinks!

BATHROOM: Located on the first floor off the kitchen, you’ll find the bathroom packed with amenities: plenty of towels for bath and hot tub use, robes/slippers, soap, shampoo, condition, blow dryer, steamer, and numerous additional accoutrements.

TECH: (2) web-enabled smart TVs: one in the upstairs loft with LG sound bar (to be viewed from either the champagne lounge or the bedroom) and the other in the first floor dining room. Connect to your favorite streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, youtube, etc. Waterproof speaker for hot tub, device chargers – and high-speed internet for work and entertainment.

LOCATION: Blush is located within Art Park (see About Art Park below). Enjoy the best of both worlds! While “BLUSH” is completely private within a fenced in area overlooking a hill, it is ideally located directly in the village of Chatham. Blush is just steps to Main Street lined with restaurants, the popular Chatham Brewery, art galleries, one-of-a-kind shops selling antiques, clothing, gifts, etc. The vintage movie theatre: The Crandell. Nearby towns: Hudson, Stockbridge, Great Barrington, Lenox.

ABOUT ART PARK
Art Park is a unique mobile home park that is transforming its vintage mobile homes into innovative dwellings with immersive environments. Blush is one of two tiny homes that are available at Art Park. The first upcycled vintage mobile home, the HunnyHAUS, is also currently available as a 2-br and 2-bath with its own private hot tub. Many of the homes are in different stages of renovation and the majority are not currently lived in but used as workshops, etc.

Your visit will help fund more art for the Park and creatives-in-residence in the near future.

For those seeking privacy yet not far from community--This tiny home is in the awesome tiny village of Chatham, NY. Just a 2-minute walk to Main Street with a dozen restaurants, the Chatham Brewery, unique shops, antiques, vintage clothing, theater, art galleries, Crandell movie theater. Less than 1 mile (walkable with sidewalks) north on Center Street/Route 66 is Crellin Park with a swimming pond (with lifeguard), basketball, tennis courts, skateboarding, trails along the river. PS21 abuts the park and you can access their scenic groomed trails from the back of Crellin Park.

You can stay at Blush and walk to just about anything you need including restaurants, brewery, shops, etc. Te closest grocery store is about 1 mile. There is a drug store within .5 miles as well as a food coop and a small convenience shop.

QUIET HOURS: 9 pm – 8 am.

- NO loud music or voices. PLEASE keep any music and voices at a volume that other guests and neighbors cannot hear you.
-TREAT THE SPACE WITH RESPECT & CARE.
-Use the black/gray washcloths & hand towels (and preferably NOT the white towels) when removing make up, tanner, hair color products.

HOT TUB RULES
-Shower before entering
-NO Products of any kind in the hot tub. $100 cleaning fee will apply.
-No glass in or near the hot tub (please use plastic glasses located on open shelves)
-COVER hot tub when not in use.
-If water level is LOW, please contact us and we will fill up.

We ensure a clean and well-maintained hot tub for all guests. If the hot tub is misused, left in a poor condition, guests will be charged an additional fee.

-Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property
-If you break or damage something, please let us know and we will make arrangements for its replacement or repair.
-No parties / loud behavior
-No smoking
-Please do not use hair dye which stains
-And most importantly, ENJOY!
