This unit had a beautiful view of the beach and the pool. It was close to the elevator and had easy access to the pool. Unfortunately, there was an infestation of roaches throughout the unit. They were everywhere. An exterminator came on Tuesday which helped the situation but we continued to see roaches. We even came home with a couple. It’s such a shame because it is a very nice unit with beautiful views!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was very comfortable and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the ocean each morning was a dream. It was also incredibly quiet, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene and scenic beach escape!

Great experience!

My wife and I spent 8 nights here with our granddaughter and her friend (ages 12 & 13). Communication with Patrick was fast and responsive both before and during our stay. The unit was immaculate and well provisioned (down to the Keurig pods and sweetener packets!). The unit is directly oceanfront so we could see and hear the surf and smell the salt air from the main balcony. We could also see the pool from the end of the balcony so we could keep an eye on the girls when they were at the pool without us. My wife has limited mobility, so we were attracted to the St. Regis resort because it has multiple elevators and a ramp suitable for a wheelchair all the way from the ground floor pool area over the dunes and down to the beach. So she was able to enjoy being on the beach nearly every day. We had a terrific experience!
