Wonderful house

It was a wonderful house! Everything seemed new and it was very clean. Renter was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again with a large group.

This property was the most beautiful and clean VRBO I have ever had! Our family had great relaxing quality time. It is located it a fix it upper older neighborhood but we spent most of time in the home. Thank you for a great stay, Henry.

Walking in felt like it was a brand new home. Very welcoming feeling. Parking great, laundry fine, needed more wash cloths and one recommendation, which had I thought about in time, I would have purchased and left there. A bathroom scale. We needed one to weigh our luggage since we were flying. Never the less, it was a great stay, great communition and friendly owner. Would absolutely stay again. Blessings

This house was waaaaay bigger than expected and than it looked.. everything inside the home was clean and overall a very nice home.. i wished we booked a longer stay!

Nice and clean

This location was a nice and clean place for our family trip to Sacramento. One complaint...there were not enough towel sets for 4 adults, we were short on washcloths and hand towels. We ended up purchasing some during our stay.

Nice property but not in a great area

Henry was great with communication and got back to us very quickly any time we needed anything. There are not enough towels for a house this size and the neighborhood and surrounding area is not great.

There was a double booking disaster. It worked out in our favor but i felt very bad for the people that had to find another place. We had to tell them. It was very uncomfortable. Not cool!! The bed in master is horrible. It is like sleeping in a concrete slab. Not enough towels for all four guest.The house is beautiful and looks amazing. It was very spacious and worked very well for our group.

Beautiful 3 Bedroom House in Sacramento!

Just spent a weekend at this modern, well-appointed, luxurious three bedroom standalone house in the Robla neighborhood of Sacramento, generously loaded with convenient amenities! Henry was an excellent host and remained available online during the self check in and self check out process. He clearly cares about his guests and takes exceptional care of this property. You have the whole property to yourself in a fenced-in/gated plot so lots of privacy. It’s a convenient 15 minute drive East from Sacramento International Airport (SMF) and a 15 minute drive North of downtown Sacramento. Will definitely stay again next time in Sacramento. Thank you, Henry!

Clean and comfortable

The house was very clean upon arrival and served our purposes well. It has a new/modern heat pump that kept the house comfortable in January. I liked being able to park inside the garage. The area is on the outskirts of Sacramento. The internet speed and sit/stand desk in the sunny front office were ideal for doing some remote work. The owner was helpful and accommodating with a question and request I had. The beds are firm.The negatives were minor, but include a microwave that is too high for shorter folks, no measuring spoons, bar stools that felt a bit unstable, and no detergent to get us started for the laundry and dishwasher (so we had to get our own before we could use them).

Quiet and Cozy

I want to start off by saying that this home is absolutely beautiful. From the outside you can’t tell how spacious it is inside but once you step inside, you’ll be in awe. My kids and I loved the minimalist decorations and gray/neutral color scheme. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. The bathrooms are updated and bright. Don’t get me started on the beds!!! You’ll melt as soon as you lay in them. Henry made this stay easy by quickly answering all my questions. He made sure that this home really and truly felt like home for my kids and I. As soon as I checked out, I wished I booked a longer stay. If you want a place that’s close to everything, downtown, the airport, shopping and etc, but far enough to be away from all the noise of the city, book this place! You won’t regret it. 💕
