Welcome to the white house, a place to stay with friends and family. It's approx. 30 minutes from the French Quarter, New Orleans and Mississippi. The spaciousness will make you feel comfortable inside. It's secure and is equipped with all your essentials. One full bath; 1 queen bed bedroom and a queen sofa bed. Good for 4 people. WIFI & two TV's with NETFLIX and local chanels. Central A/C. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a private and quiet outside area.
2 cars parking. Easy access to I-10, I-12 & I-59. Pet friendly!
Near distance to Old Town district of Slidell.
Close to many restaurants, bars, shops, markets, pharmacies and hospitals.

The location was very roomy. The bed was extra comfortable. We had four adults so we had plenty of room. A lot of special touches by the host. The neighborhood is very safe, wonderful seafood restaurant on the corner. We were able to get our walks in every morning through the neighborhood. Easy access to New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Bed is comfortable and the shower is really great. The neighbors were loud, but it was the holidays and they may have had family over. The house is a converted garage to the home of the same address so don't have anything shipped or delivered here. The location was conveniently located outside of Nola.The kitchen has no cookie sheets, casserole dishes or anything to cook inside the stove at all, so bring your own. Plenty of toiletries were provided. Very large closet. Overall pleasant stay!

Great Stay

The house was clean and well appointed. It was enough space for me, my husband, our girls and our dog. Fenced yard, big bathroom, comfy bed (except for the pull out sofa which is to be expected) my back can't take it lol but it was fine for the kids. We have family in Slidell so it was easy to see them, but also easy 30 min drive to the city. We'll be definitely be back!! Host was great too!

Hidden Gem near Olde Town Slidell

We could not be happier with our visit to "The Little White House". Immaculate, tastefully decorated, conveniently located with all the comforts of home. Being within walking distance of Kenney Seafood was an added bonus! The Host was extremely helpful and very friendly. We look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Gem

Loved, loved this cute home. Everything we needed. Great communication with the host. Great location with wonderful eateries near by. Will definitely stay again when visiting Slidell.

We enjoyed stay. The cottage is very roomy and well stocked. The only complaint is the shower water does not get hot.

Quiet getaway!

We booked this stay as our little escape from the family on our wedding weekend. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I appreciated the extra amenities provided in case we had forgotten something. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The host is lovely and even left us a little congratulations card!

Best kept secret in Louisiana

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We were able to visit family and friends who lived near to the property. Normally we would book a hotel but this was much more convenient and more than comfortable. The house was clean and neat. We were so pleased with our stay that we plan to extend it for an extra day. This little chĂąteau felt like a home away from home the property managers stayed in contact with us, and answered all of our questions the entire process was a smooth transition. We are more than please with our stay, and look forward to staying on this property when we return to Louisiana.

Amazing little find outside of New Orleans

Perfect space for a one person or couple. Extra space in the shower. Very thought out set up. Fully fenced with just enough space to get some private sun. Being able to cook saved money. The full fridge and freezer removed the concerns if leftovers or grocery items would fit. Great sized bed with plenty of pillow options to choose from. Air conditioning was AMAZING to walk into after +90 degree days. Having space available to lark the rental was also a major plus. Only small inconveniences were the slight lip going from the kitchen to the bathroom (tripped a couple times) no electric dishwasher or washer dryer. But the utensils were immaculate, I traveled solo, so doing a quick cleaning after eating made for nice routine / relaxation. There's a small coin laundry place just down the road if it is a major concern. If I come back solo or with my bride, this will be the first place I look for availability.
