Stunning new 3 bedroom/2 bath flat with private deck and patio. Located just a block from the main plaza, in a fun and lively section of Arcata. Next door to Salt Restaurant and just steps away from countless other restaurants, the Arcata Co-op natural food store and shopping. Park in our private parking lot then walk everywhere from this wonderful location with a walk score of 96! Enjoy this spacious 2000 square foot flat with private outdoor space in the center of Arcata. Enjoy this three bedroom flat with two full baths and an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Private parking for guests, a shared outdoor common area, your own private entry off I Street; as well as a private sunny deck off the master bedroom and a patio with separate entrance off the dining room. You will fall in love with this kitchen. It has everything you need to enjoy cooking, baking and dining with friends and family with its large island, quartz counters and 36 inch commercial style range. Cozy up to the beautiful gas fireplace or share a movie or sporting event on the large tv in the living room. There will be plenty of space at your table in this spacious dining room with buffet that opens to your private patio and cafe table dining. All bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, each boasts a california king bed, closets and seating area. Flat, private fenced deck area, private patio, shared sideyard, parking lot. We respect guests privacy but are always available quickly for guest needs as our home is about 10 blocks away. We are very responsive hosts and always happy to provide recommendations for places to go, restaurants, beaches etc. Fun and lively section of town, a block from main plaza, next door to Salt Restaurant, across street from Arcata Co-Op. Gated and secure; all apartments are behind locked gates accessed with a code. Private parking lot for guests behind our building. Lots of lighting and motion lighting in our parking lot. Walk everywhere, our flat has a walk score of 96. Park in our private parking lot, two parking spaces for this flat. Cal Poly Humboldt is a 10-15 minute walk, as are the Arcata Marsh and Redwood Park. We have tankless water heaters for unlimited hot water, rain shower heads, and very strong water pressure so much so many guests comment on how nice the showers are.

Quality paper towels provided, a great high flow shower, and a short walk to the Co-op for groceries and goodies! We loved staying in this fresh and beautifully decorated home. We already have it booked for another weekend!

This flat, this flat, this flat. Immaculate. Every amenity that you could possibly want or need and then some. Perfect location. Showers that would make you want to spend your whole vacation in. A kitchen to die for. Could not say enough about this place. Highly recommend. Great host with detailed information. Can't wait to return in the near future .

Great property and location. The flat was spacious and fit our family well. The space was clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed being down the street from Los Bagels and one block off the square. Helpful directions and check- in and check-out procedures were provided before we arrived. Would stay there again when next in Arcata.

This was the perfect house for us. The location was a block from the square in Arcata, the home was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We will always rent from this host again whenever we are in the area and have recommended it to our friends.

Clean, relaxing, beautiful and convenient!

We stayed 1 week in this home with our teens and it was the perfect retreat! 3 bedrooms each with their own king size bed gave everyone their own relaxing space. The kitchen, living room and dining area was so spacious, clean, and updated. It was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen, eat and play games at the big dining table, or relax on the couch or in the big comfy chairs. We also enjoyed soaking up some afternoon sunshine on the deck off the primary bedroom. We felt like we had our own private home right in the middle of the town, just steps away from the square, restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. Thanks for the perfect home for our vacation. We LOVED it here!

A gem of a place in Arcata!

This place was absolutely perfect. Couldn’t have been more comfortable and well appointed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place for their group to enjoy Arcata and the surrounding area. Walkable to everything in town and just a comfortable place to unwind and relax. Hosts were great! A true Arcata Gem!

Amazing Location Very Comfortable Home

We came into town for a quick weekend stay. The location of this home could not be beat. Right in the downtown with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house was very clean, well kept, and comfortable.

Beautiful condo in central location

The condo is beautiful with three rooms that each have a big and comfortable bed. We love the location as it is literally a block from the plaza and bunch of really cool restaurants.

A beautiful home. Very comfortable furnishings, lovely artwork, everything we needed in the kitchen and a great location. Eric and Heather were gracious and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Arcata.

We live about 10 blocks away and are always available to help our guests, provide recommendations, things to do, places to eat. We love hosting our 4 apartments in Arcata and our home in Trinidad and have been hosts for the past 4 years.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a fun and lively area of Arcata that is very close to the Arcata Plaza, next door to Salt restaurant and within a block or two of many other great restaurants, the arcata co-op. We have a private parking lot for our guests that is well lighted and secure, and our apartments are all behind key coded gates. We are as close to the center of town as you would want to be, but in a safe, secure feeling location.

Our flat is luxurious, modern, and tasteful with a gorgeous kitchen, a large dining table that seats 8, a living room with a gas fireplace, private deck, a a beautiful primary suite, and second bedroom that also is attached to a full bath. Our location could not be closer to the center of town, but is safe and secure feeling behind key coded gates and with a well lit private parking lot.
