Cette charmante maison historique surplombe Arcata. Il est une agrĂ©able promenade au centre-ville, oĂč vous pourrez profiter des nombreux restaurants, marchĂ© des agriculteurs et des festivals sur la Plaza. Vous pouvez passer la journĂ©e Ă  explorer, parcourant les Ă©tagĂšres de livres Ă  la Tin Can Mailman, vĂ©rifier Sci-Fi nuit au Arcata Theater Lounge ou d'aller Ă  la dĂ©couverte des sĂ©quoias majestueux et cĂŽte sauvage. Il est juste un court 2 pĂątĂ©s de Humboldt State University, oĂč vous pouvez regarder de grands spectacles au ThĂ©Ăątre Duzer Van. La forĂȘt Arcata communautaire est Ă  seulement 3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons avec des miles de sentiers de randonnĂ©e Ă  travers les sĂ©quoias.

Notre maison a une pelouse de roulement spacieux pour la pétanque, ou se détendre à l'extérieur avec une boisson fraßche sous l'arbre dans la cour arriÚre. Il y a une grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée pour cuisiner de délicieux repas pour deux, ou toute la famille. Vous trouverez des plats amusants pour toutes les occasions en plus d'un cuiseur à riz, pot pot, mixeur et bien plus encore!

Il y a un lit king size de luxe dans une chambre à coucher. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux extra long pour dormir séparé, ou si vous préférez avoir ensemble, ils font un second lit king. La cour est pleine clÎturée pour vos amis à quatre pattes, alors venez sur sortir et de trouver tous les conforts de la maison et bien plus dans notre charmant havre de citron!

Excellent, cozy accommodations with comfortable beds, a well functioning heater for the cold nights, and all amenities, including a paella pan we put to good use. The backyard was huge. The shower was modern with a hand held device and rainfall showerhead. We walked into town every day; great location for leaving the car at home. Mary, our host, was quick to respond, helpful & understanding - 5 stars for her alone! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Arcata.

The house is conveniently located for walks to downtown or hiking. It is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen that makes cooking easy. We enjoyed the cozy living room and comfortable beds. The backyard includes a big patio area for relaxing or outdoor dining.

Cozy and Great Location

Perfect home to visit Arcata with our fur-baby and teens!! We explored campus and town all walking from this sweet home! We baked cookies, made cookies, enjoyed the cozy living room, slept well in the nice beds, and enjoyed.

A great place to rest

We were in town visiting our college kids for the weekend. The Lemon Haven is in a fantastic neighborhood, two blocks from the Community Forest! We brought our small dog, who was able to freely roam the fenced-in yard while we enjoyed the amazing backyard patio. Lots of kitchenware and an overall well-equipped house. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely home and dog friendly garden/yard

Everything you need in a cute historic home. It has a great feel. Easy entry for loading from the parking at the curb. No steps in front are great for our older mom. (She couldn't get into the shower due to high sides/slip hazard but still loved the house). Super dog friendly with lovely secure fenced large yard and dog sheets for furniture. I always bring my own and this added touch made it even better. Fantasic well-provided kitchen with large table. Comfy beds. Amazing location for heading to dinner in the Plaza and a 45min drive to Avenue of the Giants/Redwoods. This is a real find!

Perfect Place

We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint, clean, and well thought out property! We had everything we needed and slept great. The fully fenced backyard was huge and perfect for those traveling with a pet. We loved the proximity to the college, the community forest, and even downtown. Everything was a short walk away, although an uphill walk back from the plaza. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will return!

We had a great time. Only thing I would advise is that if your taking you dogs, the transients that walk by the house attempt to mess with your dogs. Other than that no complaints. The house was great inside and out. It's super close to the redwoods and other great places. I would definitely recommend 👌

Convenient location for North Coast

Excellent location for accessing the University, walk around town, drive up the coast to beaches and redwoods and south to Eureka. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Mary, the manager, very kind and accessible.

Wonderful and comfortable home in Arcata

We had a great visit and really liked this home. It was spacious, super comfortable, and had lots of extra touches that made our visit even more enjoyable. The home is also in a great location; walking distance to the university and town square. When we had a question about our rental, we were provided with amazing customer service. This is a great home to stay in if you are in the Arcata area.

Calpoly Humboldt Trip

Traveled to Arcata with grandaughter to visit campus. The house was perfect, well furnished with comfortable beds. Only three blocks from campus and a short walk to forest with many trails to hike. Every appliance you might need was available in kitchen. There were even toys and treats for our dog. Big back yard with pergola and bbq (completely fenced). If granddaughter picks Humboldt for college, this will be our goto place for visits. Highly recommended!

Cute and well kept home!

Comfy house with great yard

My family had a great time staying here! The yard was big and fully fenced for our dog. Town and the park were easy to walk to. The house was super comfortable, well stocked and made a great central home base!
