With plenty of beautiful hiking trails nearby, you'll have your run of the local hotspots, such as the North Trout Nature Trail, Star Lake Hiking Trail, and the incredible Van Vliet Hemlocks State Natural area, all places where you might be able to catch a glimpse of the local wildlife! Be sure to bring your bike so you can ride down those exhilarating trails with the soothing wind blowing in your face. Check out Grassy Creek Ranch and go for a calming horseback ride.

Head back after you've explored the forests of Wisconsin and kick it back in the living area with your guests as you look around and appreciate the homey interior decor. Step into the full kitchen set up with appliances if you're feeling hungry and cook up a delicious meal for yourself and your family. Spend some quality time with your kids out on the patio area and take in a deep and refreshing breath of that cold Northwood air and let it fill your lungs and soothe away those worries. End the night by the firepit out back and roast some marshmallows over its flame.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
