When you arrive to our house, you will get all the access to 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1 story single family house. You will experience the sense of being at your own home. Waking up in the morning, you will feel the fresh air of the neighborhood and calmness in the backyard while enjoying your tea or coffee while staring at the swimming pool.

Our house has a living room with a very cozy sofa, 4K Smart TV for your movie night enjoyment with family, and a fully equipped kitchen with Instant pot, personal blender, etc. Also, a bonus living room with accent chairs and electric fireplace. The house also has a washer and dryer and cozy backyard swimming pool for you and your family enjoyment! Not to mention, your little kids as well :)

** There will be a lawn maintenance every other Fridays and Swimming Pool maintenance on Saturdays. We will coordinate and let you know if you happen to stay in those days**

** Pool is NOT heated but will be open all season.**

**Please do not throw anything into the swimming pool, extra cleaning time charges will apply**

** Our space have a 2 week maximum stay in order to maintain the pool and have a comfortable stay for our guests. Please be in mind of this and booking more than that, will be cancelled**

We provide fans during the summer time. House has no Air Conditioner since bay area especially Hayward weather mostly pleasant.

We do have cameras outside of the house for safety and security and one on the backyard as this is required by our insurance for all the pool owners. Thank you for your understanding.
