This two-level, ground-floor condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with two living areas—perfect for guests who want a little extra space to spread out and relax.

Main Level
The bright, open-concept main floor includes a living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and walk-in closet, and the in-unit laundry means packing light is easy.

Lower Level
Downstairs, you’ll find a second living area ideal for quiet time, games, or streaming your favorite shows. There’s also a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another full bathroom, giving guests their own private retreat.

Outdoor Space

House Rules
To ensure all guests enjoy their time here:
• Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• No parties, tents, or events
• No smoking indoors or on the property ($500 fine)

Pet Policy
We welcome up to two dogs (max 75lbs each). A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies. Pets must be leashed when outside and crated if left alone. Violating the pet policy may result in a $300 fine.
