Spacious 4 BR/2B/3-car brick 1-story home has plenty of custom features like 10 & 12 foot ceilings, Stainless Steel appliances, granite countertops to ensure you experience comfort. The Kitchen is equipped with items to cook your meals during your stay. Master Bedroom (with Roku TV) has its private sitting area, bath and walk-in closet. Other bedrooms (2 have King beds and 1 has twin beds) use spacious Hall Bath. All King beds have 680 thread count Pima Cotton sheets. All mattresses and pillows bought in 2023 and encasement mattresses pads to protect against spills and bugs. Many other new items and furniture bought in 2023 like sofa and TV. Carpet in all bedrooms was replaced in 2022 and rest of home has light tile flooring. Home has a Breakfast area off large Kitchen with Bar seating. The Dining Room opens to Den that has a sofa, chair & ottoman, and barley twist chair, gas log fireplace, Bar area, and a ROKU TV for easy streaming. There is a covered back patio with a gas grill and opens to large 26’ x 16’ deck with 4 benches.

Need to work remotely? There is a large private office behind French doors to work remotely with 300 speed WIFI & desk with office chair & sofa.

Events like 903 Sunset Concerts, Summer Celebration Fireworks, 39th Annual Tour de Paris, Southern Drag Boat Association Racing, etc. This house is listed with the Chamber too.
