It was difficult to get in contact with host about door issues. Called customer service and they didn’t even answer them. I messaged the host and never got a response until we checked out.

Okay stay

Overall cleanliness was good.The only thing not cleaned up was the coffee pot. It still had coffee grounds in it. Despite this, there was no coffee or coffee filters for the large coffee pot. The rest of the house was very clean! Although the front yard had been freshly mowed, the back yard had not. The biggest concern was the existing damage to the back door of the house. The door frame was severely damaged from the door being forced into. Giving a feeling that it was not safe to leave valuables in the house while going out.

Comfortable but needs more attention to detail

The listing is very accurate and our family had a good amount of space compared to staying in two hotel rooms. We appreciated the prompt responses to our issues (no toilet paper and issue with flooring). The space was very clean overall; however, my children did find some dirty items of clothing under their beds when checking that we had all of our things. The property also has a faint cigarette smell and one of the rooms had a lingering smell of animals. The stay was overall comfortable but some things could have been better arranged. For example, the Keurig did not have any K-cups other than the option to open an entire bag of coffee to use the paper cups, and its cord didn't reach the plug nearby, so I had to move it into the kitchen to use. With more thought and some deeper cleaning, it could be a comfortable getaway spot.

Very comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay here. It was very convenient to visiting family. The beds were all so comfortable. The house had everything we needed, and the communication was always very prompt.

Groovy home

Love the decor of the house! Also, owner was very nice and answered in a timely manner. They also provided complimentary personal heaters which came in handy at night. Loved it!
